2016 has been a monumentally shitty year (for everyone but the shittiest of people), and it looks likely that 2017 will be even worse. I will do my best with this little blog to make the coming year just a teensy bit less crappy
The Fourth Quarter 2016 “We’ve Got a Bigger Problem Now” pledge drive is entering the home stretch, and I just wanted to update you all on the progress.
First of all, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone who has donated! Some of you really came through in a big way; I’m humbled and deeply appreciative!
In 1979, the Dead Kennedys released their first single, the satirical “California Über Alles,” a pointed jab at then-California-governor Jerry Brown, whom the song depicted as a “Zen Fascist” who would soon be sending the “the suede/denim secret police” to arrest “your uncool niece.”
The 3d Quarter We Hunted the Mammoth pledge drive came to a successful conclusion on Friday, and I just wanted to offer you all some giant-rodent-sized THANKS for all of your support!
The 3rd Quarter WHTM Pledge Drive will soon be coming to an end. I’d like to offer GIGANTIC THANKS to everyone who has contributed, whether your donation was big or small.
