Here’s a tricky little etiquette question for our age: What does one do when one finds oneself with admirers who are, well, perhaps just a teensy bit fascist?
Category: alt-right
A couple of days ago, our old friend Stefan Molyneux– the garrulous, absurdly misogynistic YouTube philosopher king — chatted for an hour with Ingrid Carlqvist, a Swedish, er, journalist who has found many fans in the alt-right for her hateful attacks on Muslim refugees.
I can’t claim to have figured out all of the multiple levels of trollery going on here but it looks like the butt-obsessed and surreally self-referential science fiction pseudo-erotica writer Chuck Tingle has just gotten the better of Vox Day.
You might even say that Vox has been cucked, if you were the sort of crappy person who thought “cuck” was a clever insult.
Julia Ioffe is a political journalist, a regular contributor to Politico and a columnist at Foreign Policy. Last week, GQ published a lengthy profile of Melania Trump by Ioffe, revealing some details of her life that the wife of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee would have probably preferred to have left unrevealed.
Did I mention that Ioffe is Jewish?
With Trump now the inevitable Republican nominee, in the wake of his big victory in Indiana, the Anime Nazis and sh*tlords and Milo Yiannopoulos fanboys who are some of Trump’s biggest supporters have taken to Twitter to … yell about cucks.
Not-so-nice white lady Andrea Hardie — perhaps better known on the internet as Janet Bloomfield and/or JudgyBitch — is still ostensibly the Social Media Director of the fading Men’s Rights hate site A Voice for Men.
The already very strange Candace Owens story just keeps getting stranger.
In the week and half since her ill-conceived “anti-bullying” startup SocialAutopsy was kicked off Kickstarter- after being bluntly criticized by anti-harassment activists/GamerGate nemeses Zoe Quinn and Randi Harper, Owens has launched a veritable crusade against the two women, and against those she sees as their allies and/or co-conspirators.
A few days ago, racist skeezeball fantasy author Vox Day noted on his blog just how nice it would be to have a handy public list of all the people he hates. Sorry, a list of “confirmed SJWs.” It would be a handy resource, he said, both for SJWs looking to hire other SJWs, as well as “for those who wish to keep their organizations free of the creatures.”
It’s been a while since we last checked up on Andrea Hardie, a.k.a. Janet Bloomfield, a.k.a. JudgyBitch, the Men’s Rights Twitter Activist who’s still activisting it up on Twitter … despite being permabanned from Twitter.
So what’s this uncharacteristically impolite Canadian been up to?
There’s a civil war raging within the American right. On one side, we find a trio of more-or-less mainstream conservatives: Republican strategist Rick Wilson; Daily Caller writer Matt Lewis, and the National Review’s Jamie Kirchick. On the other, Alexander Hart, a regular contributor to the white supremacist site VDare.com.
At issue: whether or not Alt Right dudes are a bunch of loser weirdos who can’t get laid.
