4chan anti-Semitism coronavirus none dare call it conspiracy trump

4Chan responds to Trump’s COVID diagnosis with antisemitism, conspiracy theories, and … poetry?

So I thought I’d check in to see how our old frens over at 4Chan’s /pol/ board were taking the news that Trump has been hospitalized with the coronavirus.

And they didn’t fail to disappoint. The threads on the subject are filled with the typical 4chan mix of racism, antisemitism, conspiracy theories, “edgy” humor and … poetry?

Given 4Chan’s historic affinity for Trump, I was a little surprised to see how many of the anons in /pol/ were happy about Trump’s illness and eager for him to drop dead. But most of the posters there are still on Trump’s side; they just don’t agree on what exactly is happening.

For some, Trump’s ilness is a terrible blow to Western Civilzation. As one anon writes,

Let’s suppose Trump dies. Who else is there left to lead a country to fight clown world? What hope is there even left in man when the only guy that tried to oppose clown world dies?

I’m starting to think that maybe white people were a fluke, if they’re so willing to let their civilizations get overtaken by subhumans or let themselves be corrupted by kikes and their degeneracy.

Others are upset to find some of their fellow anons cheering on the virus.

All of you f*ggots deserve to get your country overrun by n*ggers and your people muttified, you all gloat for the death of the only man that at least fucking tried to fight back immigration and leftist brainwashing. Meanwhile what the fuck will you all do as the water boils, you sitting frogs? None of you have to guts to rise for your precious ethnostate because you know the jew will strike you down, yet none of you support what is a baby step towards that goal done by a man with the -power- to change things.

Have fun with Biden 2020 cunts.

Some think that this is an assassination attempt — that Trump was either deliberately infected with coronavirus, or poisoned in some other way because the “the jew flu aka the holocough” is a hoax.

My theory is they have had Biden percolating a super-bug waiting to be released at the debate, knowing it was the only way to get close to Trump. Biden gave it to Trump. Hope got it from Trump but got tested first. Biden is the would-be assassin. Can 2020 get any crazier?

Others offered variations on this basic theory.

if he does die then it was obviously an assassination by the Dems.

A cloth mask doesn’t protect you from airborne pathogens. These are just magical amulets. The jews love their amulets.

Another anon writes:

i will believe that he was infected on purpose by some deep state agent. I’ve said from the beginning that corona was biological warfare. It created the perfect alibi for the deep state to get rid of a non-globalist president.

Others think it’s an attempt to make the “fake” virus look real:

Covid is fake as fuck and no one that is slightly sane believes in this plannedemic.

If trump dies it’s because pedocrats and the deep state managed to kill him to scare impressionable sheeple like you with this meme flu

Others agree that there’s a conspiracy afoot, but think Trump’s the one in the saddle. Echoing QAnon delusions, one anon claims to know what’s really going on.

Insider here: Trump does not have Covid-19. A highly credible plot to overthrow the government was discovered. Trump is faking Covid-19 for his own protection.

Trump is secured at Walter Reed as an insurance policy while the Secret Service will be making arrests tonight. Obama, Hillary, Bill, Biden, George Bush and Dick Cheney will all be arrested immediately. Lesser accomplices, such as Pelosi and Schumer, will be rounded up in the coming days. They all have sealed indictments and warrants for their arrest. All will be taken directly to Guantanamo for military tribunals for treason.

Mike Pence is en route to North Korea, where Kim Jong Un has offered him protection, backed by Putin, to ensure that any other countries do not intervene.

It is happening.

This was posted yesterday, so its predictions have already failed to come true.

Other anons responded a little more creatively, with some posting short poems/lyrics to presumably lighten the mood a bit. Here’s the most notable example I ran across:

COUGHING FIT

PANTS OF SHIT

BLEACH IN VEINS, HE LOSES WITS

THIS PRESIDENT, SO LOW IQ

CAN NO LONGER SERVE THE JEW

DESPERATE TO INHALE O2

HE BREATHES OUT HIS LAST WORD: “ACHOO”

Lovely.

the jew flu aka the holocough

Weird. I thought conservatives thought it was a plot by China. China isn’t known for its Jewish community.

Can 2020 get any crazier?

So near and yet so far to realizing they are full of shit.

The jews love their amulets.

Eh, we tend to go more with hamsa hands.

It is happening.

This reminds me of how they said Hillary would be executed on live TV in March 2018. To date I don’t think a single Q prediction has come true, but the fans don’t care because they can just add more and more layers of conspiracy.

@personalpest
So was I. With the exception of the fifth line, it could be a cheerful dirty about disease.

Speaking of which, I think this is the best cheerful ditty about disease:

So, in Q world, Kim and Putin are good guys? I shouldn’t be surprised, since they think Trump is a good guy, but, huh?

@wwth the idea of Putin being one of the good guys has been floating around certain circles for years. They like Putin because they think he’s anti-LGBTQ, anti-Muslim, and pro-Christian. They tend to ignore that Russian law under Putin is opposed to foreign evangelism.

That’s just what THEY want you to think. Chinese people are all secretly Jewish, not a mix of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism.

Chinese people are all secretly Jewish,

Why do think we have the big meetings @ Chinese restaurants while Christians are busy with their Christmas?

Think about it.

Maybe Trump’s latest role has some poetic element to it, the grifter playing Prince Prospero at the Masque of the Red Rose Garden.

@personalpest – if we wanted to save the poem (but we don’t), the line could replaced with NO LONGER VITRIOL CAN SPEW.

Key word here being foreign. I figure Orthodox Christianity is close enough for them. And Putin’s definitely anti-lgbt

There used to be a Jewish community in Shanghai, including at least one family of tailors who trained generations of Chinese tailors who later moved shop to Hong Kong when the Mao suit became de rigeur on the mainland.

@Naglfar : apparently there’s a theory that jews govern China and have chosen asiatics instead of white for their next “slave race” because they find white make too much of a fuss. I only heard it IRL in my family, but maybe it’s more widespread than I though ?

As for Q prediction, it’s like Nostradamus. It’s actually way too vague and interpretation-dependant to be proven wrong. Or right, for that matter.

Pearl Buck, a prolific and popular novelist in the mid-twentieth century, wrote a book about the Jews of China, whose history is said to date back to around 900 CE.

Wikipedia has an article on the Jews of China:

I haven’t heard that one, I’ve heard conspiracy theories about Jews and about Chinese people separately but not together. Though given the propensity for theories to merge, even when mutually contradictory, it doesn’t surprise me.

As for Q prediction, it’s like Nostradamus. It’s actually way too vague and interpretation-dependant to be proven wrong. Or right, for that matter.

The main cover I’ve seen given is that Q has to include some fake events for plausible deniability. Of course, one would think that a non-cult member would start to see through it after literally none of the predictions come true.

@Kat
I was aware of the Kaifeng Jews, though to be fair they are a pretty small minority there, like most places, and don’t run the country.

4-Chan, home of the wise!

Everytime I hear some conspiracy theorist I practically have to just count how many seconds it takes for them to dog-whistle or outright mention THE JEWS. That shit’s been outdated for thousands of years, and its still going on. Shame on these racist fools.

On a slightly different note – Liking the new layout! It’s been a couple of weeks since I was last on so it’ll take some getting used to 🙂

Seems at least one of the anons is infected with portmanteausis.

@Temascos – Yeah, pretty much. Or the “white genocide” masterminds are “the Muslims” (what was that troll called, AVN? he was all about that).

As if in either case you’ve got a totally uniform group of people without any variations in language, culture, religious practice, etc. ?

…Also, why does one of these people think that wealthy and predominantly white “political traitors” (as the writer imagines them) would be sent to Guantanamo Bay??? Is that how ANYTHING in the U.S. has worked recently? I mean, maybe if Trump became dictator-for-life, but even then I think he’d save prisons like that for the less powerful, at least at first.

OT, but tried to change the link in my name (both times it went to a sort of writing blog but this is the version I’ve been on more lately). Anyway!

Fake portmanteaus are a great way to sound like you have something to say while really not saying anything original, so of course conservative conspiracy theorists love them. Sheeple has been around a long time, plandemic (spelled a few different ways) I’ve seen a couple times, most from Candace Owens. I hadn’t seen “pedocrat” before, but I’m pretty sure I know exactly what it means.

(what was that troll called, AVN? he was all about that).

AVN was unusual in that he had a weird racial fetish for Jews á la Jared Taylor, and in addition to Muslims he also hated Black people and lesbians (at least, I’m pretty sure this was him).

Also, why does one of these people think that wealthy and predominantly white “political traitors” (as the writer imagines them) would be sent to Guantanamo Bay???

That’s one of the earliest parts of QAnon, back before it got so popular.

@Naglfar – Huh. Thanks for that, I didn’t know. (Genuine thanks and genuine ignorance.)

AVN was unusual in that he had a weird racial fetish for Jews á la Jared Taylor, and in addition to Muslims he also hated Black people and lesbians (at least, I’m pretty sure this was him).

…His way of expressing himself was odd, but I don’t know if having at least some of those beliefs together is unusual? Like, hating Black, Muslim, and LGBTQ+ folks all together seems pretty common from what I’ve read on this blog and elsewhere. E.g. the people who claim “white genocide” seem to consider PoC the mindless hordes that lighter-skinned people are using as tools. It’s like saying black people wouldn’t have the intelligence to plan things out themselves. It’s insulting on multiple levels.

Or maybe it’s more that he claimed to like Jewish people (if in a condescending/fetishizing way)? That does seem weird for an alt-righter, but in a different context I’ve seen that. I went to a conservative Christian school for 4 years, and there was definitely a difference in the way people talked about Jews (still often condescending) and Muslims, saying the former were our friends and the latter were backwards, foreign, radical, believed in a god of hate not love, etc.

At the time I thought, “Oh, it’s a religious thing, because Judaism came before Christianity but Islam came after, so Christians don’t like them doing something new,” but I wasn’t seeing the racist and xenophobic part behind it too. I should have. I was 13 when 9/11 happened, old enough to do some basic critical thinking and go, “Hm, why would people suggest all Muslims were somehow behind this terrorist attack when (most) people wouldn’t say all French Quebecers were behind the FLQ killing Pierre Laporte*?”

*Local example about Quebec separatists; it was recently the 50th anniversary of the 1970 October Crisis. Basically both sides were bad? Not on the scale of bin Laden and then Bush killing thousands of innocent people, but still.

ANYWAY I’m being way too wordy again. But thanks!

@Epitome

I don’t know if having at least some of those beliefs together is unusual?

The part I found strange was his attitude towards Jews. Although many evangelicals do seem to have that attitude, Mr. AVN didn’t really sound like an evangelical (he rambled for a while about how there is no god). My other issue with him was that he seemed to be getting off to the (non-sexual) conversation, which is just gross.
