Canadian authorities have charged a 17-year-old who allegedly went on a stabbing rampage in a Toronto massage parlor with terrorism, saying that the suspect “was inspired by the Ideologically Motivated Violent Extremist (IMVE) movement commonly known as INCEL”
Globalnews.ca reports:
Charges against the suspect accused of carrying out the Feb. 24 stabbing attack, which killed a woman and injured another, were updated in court on Tuesday to “murder — terrorist activity.” …
In a joint statement, the RCMP and Toronto Police Service said their investigation had determined the attack “was inspired by the Ideologically Motivated Violent Extremist (IMVE) movement commonly known as INCEL.”
“As a result, federal and provincial Attorney Generals have consented to commence terrorism proceedings, alleging that the murder was terrorist activity … and the attempted murder was terrorist activity.”
Experts said it was the first time a terrorism charge had been laid over violence tied to incels … .
It’s good to see authorities treating incel-motivated violence for what it is — terrorism — though it still boggles the mind that the alleged perpetrator of the 2018 Toronto van attacks, which killed ten, was never charged with terrorism.
The police didn’t reveal specifically what evidence there is linking the alleged massage parlor murderer with the incel “movement,” but a source told the Toronto Sun that he was carrying a note in his pocket that made his motivation clear.
Over on Incels..co. the most active online forum for incels, the regulars are reacting much as they do any time an incel “goes ER” and murders someone, or a whole bunch of someones: Some are cheering it on, while others are complaining that their movement, which they deny is a movement, is being linked to a crime that it does indeed seem to be linked to — and wondering why they’re not being treated as the real victims in all this.
“[L]ife fuel tbh,” wrote one commenter in a thread on the subject. “Good news,” added another. “[Toronto van attacker Alek] Minassian got out I see,” still another commenter joked.
One self-described “Anarcho nihilist” wondered about the slain woman’s looks:
What did the victim look like, is there any photos of her, I’m assuming she may be a stacy since she works in a spa
Others agreed that because the victim was a sex worker “nothing of value was lost.”
A commenter called ChinaCurry wondered why no one was focusing on the real victims — them.
[W]e are the only group of massively socially disadvantaged people (in first world countries) yet we are fucking victimised and treated as the criminals, rather than the victims!
That’s kind of what happens when you murder people, or cheer on others like you who murder.
We are the one group of disadvantaged, disenfranchised, unfortunate people, who are not deemed worthy of any help. Instead social engineering is designed to turn people MORE against us! Why is no one asking about the perpetrators life? What he had to endure, and compare that to the lives of the massage girls? They would have had the most amazing lives, being desired and validated and paid by cucks all day to jerk them off, and then gone to fuck chad on the side.
I’m sure it was a very glamorous job, and that this justifies her murder.
Whereas the kid, if he was an incel, which they haven’t even proven, spent his life being lied to by bluepill society and parents, and this is the shit u get.

Going on a stabbing rampage is the strangest example of “fending for oneself” I’ve ever seen..

There’s no need for “false flags.” Incels’ own words and actions condemn them. The incel ideology inspires terrorism, and incels by and large seem fine with that. It’s good that Canada is taking this terrorism seriously — and straight-up calling it what it is. I hope authorities elsewhere will do the same.

I’m mostly writing extreme metal music, but I tend to add elements of other genres such as classical or blues as well. So far I’ve got parts of some songs written but still need to finish them up and actually record the music then mix it together. Does anyone know where incels.co is hosted; and/or the location of the people running it?
A number of countries have laws that, to one extent or another, prohibit the promotion of terrorism and even merely celebrating it.
There doesn’t seem to be much enthusiasm though for going after operators/contributors/commentators. But maybe in Canada at least this incident might be a watershed. One can only hope.
If they get a life sentence they should have feminist literature and classics read by a woman reader over a sound system in their cell. Start with Wallstonecraft. Or maybe Audre Lorde now that I think about it.

It says here that it’s hosted on Epik. Epik has a bit of a history of hosting hate sites, so I’m not too surprised. I can’t find their location (they’re a bit secretive about it, possibly for this reason), but maybe someone with better skills can.

The various woman-hater types love to complain that men do the most dangerous jobs, but they’re not counting sex work. Prostitution is dangerous, and women are the vast majority of the victims. But they’re women, and they work in prostitution, so they don’t even register as human, I guess.

At this point we should just feed them to lions or something. I know that we aren’t suppose to wish harm on anyone. But… how can something so hateful, so vile, so devoid of human empathy and emotion live on a planet such as this. It’s like looking into the face of a demon, or a monster. It’s like they aren’t even human with the hate they carry. I have only seen such evil like that once in my life and when we have threads like that I just picture that face in my mind again. A face that stopped being human and shoved me what evil was.

According to Wikipedia the owner is American (and unsurprisingly is a neo-Nazi in every way save for openly declaring himself as one)and the company is located in Washington. It’s only a matter of time before the antics of the websites he hosts catch up to him.
Disenfranchised? The whole thing is bullshit, of course, but that part jumped out at me. How are they disenfranchised? Is there now a compulsory wrist circumference test before you can vote? I guess he means that there are no politicians fighting for incel rights. Well, yeah: what do you expect when your platform is basically “let me rape” and “government-supplied girlfriends”?

I don’t think I even have a lot of memories from time before I was five. The ones that I do have are either great or horrible, there’s very little everyday stuff. So maybe if you never got into a scuffle or had an accident as a kid and nothing actually traumatic happened before you were five, you might remember that time as blissful or something, and assume that the dullness of everyday life later on means that you’re being treated worse than before.
Then again, just having to clean your own room and put your laundry in the hamper is probably oppression to these types.
I’m going to need specifics for this claim. Were you, for example, an orphan living on the street?

I’m still not sure where the servers are, though; these kinds of ventures often hide their servers to keep anyone from taking down.
Seeing as this site started providing everything except hosting for 8chan right after the El Paso shooting, they probably won’t be encouraged to take any sort of action against Incels.co unless either the law gets involved or some sort of other action damages their bottom line.

I don’t know where he lives, but here in the US there is the Republican Party which has shown itself on multiple occasions to be rather sympathetic to incels. And in Canada Jordan Peterson talks about enforced monogamy a lot, so maybe there is some party that supports that.

If you think you are entitled to love and affection, and see sub human beings who owe it to them, then yeah, they are going to get all pissed off you not getting what they believe they were supposed to be handed.
Whereas is they didn’t feel entitled to women’s time and bodies, and saw women as actual human beings equal to them they would be a whole lot less pissed off, able to actually do something with their lives, and might actually make some human connections insteading of pushing everyone away.

In his case, he bought out a cybersecurity company whose services included DDoS protection, no doubt because it was easier to eliminate the middleman than to explain to Cloudflare why they ought to protect their servers.
Epik’s website doesn’t list locations, but judging by their website’s claims I wouldn’t be surprised if the servers were dispersed throughout multiple countries.

Didn’t do all that much with the month-and-a-half I was kept home (I’m back at work now): watched some of the movies I’d been meaning to get around to (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Midnight Special, Shape of Water, Hairspray, Annihilation, The Quarry), sewed a bunch of face masks, did some knitting.
Only wrote one fic, and it was a short one about characters from an old SNL sketch.
