Yet the level of discourse that goes on amongst MGTOWs on Reddit and elsewhere does not exactly provide robust evidence for the alleged superiority of men.
I mean, these guys are seriously obtuse, and not just about women.
Consider this attempt at a Venn diagram, posted to the MGTOW subreddit by a fellow with the lovely moniker “C*ntplainer,” and intended as a sort of funny overview of the relationship between women and assorted types of men. Then consider that this diagram got 100 upvotes from Reddit’s MGTOWs, with one commenter declaring that “this is gonna be a classic.”
As you no doubt have noticed, this Venn diagram isn’t actually a Venn diagram at all. It’s more like a cargo cult version of a Venn diagram. Sure, it’s got overlapping circles and captions like a real Venn diagram, but they don’t represent overlapping sets. I mean, Mr. Plainer surely isn’t suggesting that some Chads are also Tyrones, and that some of these Chad/Tyrones are also women.
No, as best as I can tell, the overlapping circles represent some sort of interaction, with captions showing what someone from one or the other group involved in the interaction might say about it, at least in the minds of MGTOWs if not in the real world.
But even then it doesn’t follow any sort of logic. Who is supposedly getting genital warts from whom? Are Chad and Tyrone having sex with the same woman, who’s screaming “fuck me, yes!” Or are they fucking each other, too, with either Chad or Tyrone doing the screaming?
Also, why aren’t the incels overlapping with school shooters? It’s all a bit confusing.
C*ntplainer also posted this Venn diagram that actually is a Venn diagram, more or less. Alas, it’s also pretty stupid, if not quite as monumentally stupid as his other contribution.
Still, I’m pretty sure that neither any robber nor any woman has ever uttered the sentence “I am strong and independent but you support me.”
All this reminds me of what may be the greatest Venn diagram of all time, which I believe was the work of comedian Joanna Bradley.
Absolutely nailed it. And, obviously, it’s equally accurate if you replace “Men’s Rights Activists” with MGTOWs. That’s just science.

I actually sort of like Mr. Plainer’s name. I mean, it’s horrible, but it’s also such a perfect encapsulation of a certain type of MGTOW. It’s so close to “Complainer,” which would be a more accurate name, and yet still misses by a mile, rather like every MGTOW who starts off reasonably (for the first few words) and then goes completely offroad by blaming women for whatever chip’s on his shoulder at present.
So, non-women in government who are also robbers may hurt you, but robber-women in government just take your money, which I think is preferable (taxes pay for things we need, and I don’t want to be hurt). And women in government who are non-robbers really care about you, which is nice. The lesson here is: only vote for women.
The post in the first screenshot is pretty rich considering that putting women on a pedestal is another tool used to oppress them.
The whole “they are so pure and kind and needs to be sheltered” shtick, you know which group it also applies to? Children, and we don’t let children participate in public life or decide over their own lives.
And by putting a certain kind of woman on a pedestal, the same types doing that simultaneously feel more justified in abusing women that doesn’t fit the mold. Madonna-Whore complex 101; men who say they’d never dream of hurting a woman, but prostitutes, flintenweiber or just independent women in general dosen’t count as real women to them.
Well there’s four empty triangles in Joanna Bradley’s venn diagram. The bottom space, below MRA’s and surrounded by rapists, is surely for PUAs? I’d stick MGTOWs on the right and incels in the top space but could be persuaded otherwise. And there’s still one more space to fill on the left.
Men who put women on pedestals are usually only doing it so they can look up their skirts…
What’s the difference between orbiters, cucks, and white knights? Why are they all separate circles? They’re usually used interchangeably.

I don’t know about the orbiters, but I suspect that in the super-subtle, deeply scientific (because this is by men, so it’s naturally scientific) distinctions these jackasses make, there’s a difference to be noted between cucks, who are betrayed by women, and white knights, who actively speak up in women’s defence. A white knight could also be a cuck, but it’s likely that he’s actually a wimpy single guy who’s white-knighting in the hopes of getting laid, unaware that this will simply turn him into a cuck, whether or not he stops white-knighting once he’s reached his goal, or if it develops into an actual relationship, or if it’s a one-night stand. The latter case presents an extra level, as the white knight might momentarily become a chad, if the woman is cheating with him, in which case he’s the cucker, but is also cucked because the woman’s slept with other people. However, a true chad doesn’t need to white-knight his way into a woman’s panties, so…

I’m gonna defend the diagram. Yes, it’s not a Venn – that is for sure – David nailed the thing that defines it as NOT Venn (demonstration of the degree of overlapping sets).
But what the diagram does do effectively is set out their view of men’s relationships with women (needs another separate circle for MGTOW – or one overlapping with incels). By and large, I think it sets out their shitty, shitty views of all kinds of humans pretty concisely. I especially like how all women are lumped into one category while only men can show diversity of opinion or experience.
This diagram sure beats the heck out of wading through the wall of incorrectly spelled and poorly punctuated text.

The diagram creator should have learned the secrets of the directed graph. He shoehorns conversation and relationships into a tool for charting similarities, and it is utter crap. At least with a directed graph you’d know which party is saying “Oh harder harder harder” to the other, and which is “Buy me things”, and which is inexplicably Genital Wartsing the other. Learn to STEM, kids.
That “Tyrone” section comes with a healthy helping of racism that nobody asked for.
