From the Unpopular Opinions subreddit, a rather ingenious explanation as to why it’s much, much worse for men (well, cis men) to cheat on (cis) women than it is for women to cheat on men:
This was an unpopular opinion even for Reddit, with everyone in the comments arguing against this unique insight from OpinionManVIP, who not only seems to have never had sex but also to have never watched any porn. Seriously, dude, if you believe this you are Very Bad at Sex.

But I thought evopsych teaches us that men are constantly in need of the new and different and that’s why they can’t expected to be monogamous? If a hole is a hole is a hole and they’re all the same and the person attached to the hole doesn’t matter, why can’t they just stick to one?
This also kind of undercuts the popular misogynist theory that having sex with a new man drastically changes the size and shape of the vagina. If all vaginas are basically the same, that means that it doesn’t actually matter if we sleep around, right?
So dumb. No vaginas for him, he wouldn’t appreciate them.
If she truly is experiencing “something her boyfriend can never give her” then maybe it’s for the best she’s found greener grass elsewhere.

There are many questions to which “because penis” is the right answer, but not in this case.

That’s a new one… Virginities are used to grow the size of the dick? I am confused where he got that from. Is he assuming this because people featured in porn have larger than average dicks or because he feels his dick size isn’t satisfactory on account of the amount of sex he’s not having?
I’m pretty sure he’s never had sex with a real person. Not shaming his lack of experience though just in awe of the sheer lack of logic.
