So I took a nap and when I woke up the WaPo had reported and other media outlets had confirmed that our Dear Leaker, sorry Leader, had leaked classified info to the Russians at that meeting last week, possibly because he wanted them to know that he's a BIG BOY…
By David Futrelle Well, today was a another disgrace. Thanks, Trump, for making it even more blindingly obvious where your loyalties lie. You too, GOP. You too, Fox News. Here's a song that seems more than usually relevant today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uz1Jwyxd4tE And some tweets: https://twitter.com/DavidFutrelle/status/1018980779400015873 https://twitter.com/_ElizabethMay/status/1018979656085712896 https://twitter.com/Rschooley/status/1018897441553186816 Hey look, it's some…

But today was something special, even by their standards. On a day…
Ooh, that was pretty, and really amazing. I love stuff like that.
I am quite surprised to see the teardrop shape. It’s only recently I found put raindrops were actually spherical, and that they used to make round bullets by dropping molten lead from huge towers. But now it’s back to teardrops again. Science eh?

Yeah. The annoyance is more that the entire purpose of a union is supposed to be representing the interests of the workers against the management. Unfortunately, the position of union head has a non-trivial amount of power, which means that you select for people who want power and select against people who just want to do their jobs. So you get people who are ‘professional union leaders’ and the union ends up with its own internal management with many of the same problems on the inside that unions supposedly exist to solve as long as they’re on the outside.
As Douglas Adams put it: “To summarize the summary of the summary: people are a problem.”
