In the wake of Emmanuel Macron’s yuge victory over his Nazi-lite opponent Marine Le Pen, the mood on Alt-Right Twitter is rather delightfully (to me) grim.
Indeed, more than a few Alt-Right Nazis and their fellow travelers reacted as if someone close to them had died ignominiously like Hitler in his bunker.

France, prepare for re-education. Diversity training and cuck compliance begins at 11am.

Some resorted to conspiracy theories to explain Macron’s lopsided victory:
Congratulations on your victory, George Soros.
I mean, Emmanuel Macron.#SundayMorning #frenchelection

France is like a SJW girl who goes to Syria to combat "islamphobia" and gets attacked and raped. At a certain point you just can't care.

For some, the election results showed that Alt-Rightists need to abandon whatever sliver of faith in democracy they still hold on to, and possibly start up some kind of Alt-Right freikorps.

EDITED TO ADD: BONUS TWEET FROM CARL OF SWINDON! (Note, he really is named Carl, and he lives in Swindon.)
Continentals. I wouldn't expect anything from Germany and Sweden, France was the last chance, and they decided to cuck for the Rothschilds. https://t.co/BOs5Cv8j5w
— Carl Benjamin (@Sargon_of_Akkad) May 7, 2017
Carl has spent much of the evening on Twitter explaining that he’s not actually being anti-Semitic because at one point
The Macron campaign fed the “leakers” a pile of fake information:
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2017/05/06/did-macron-outsmart-campaign-hackers
It’s music to my ear 🙂
@David : look like a conspiracry theory to me.
Example: “#macronleaks claims drugsdeal in bitcoins. Proof is nonsense: block #2811358 doesn’t exist / latest block is #465304” https://twitter.com/henkvaness/status/861276003166978049
This is the supposedly high-quality checked information that was put forward.
OK, 2 things…
@David : the conspiracy part is believing that it’s Macron who did that. I don’t think he is savvy enough to that, and I trust 4chan, far-right and Russian incompetence more than Macron’s conspirational skill. They tried to do the same that with Hillary, but hilariously failed at that.
Weird. They wanted a woman to win. Go figure.
Wilders loses Netherlands, no funding for border wall, Le Pen loses France… I’ll take a crying Pepe meme for $2 dollars, thanks.
Gotta love how he says that, like it’s a common occurrence. I’m pretty sure this has never happened, if only because Syria is a weird place to go to combat islamophobia.
If France will accept Clinton voters as refugees in return, then it’s a deal!
Now that I’ve read that long stream of tweets, I’ve understood what France needed all along! A bunch of Americans telling us how to be French. LOL.
Also, it illustrate that thoses bozos care about terrorists attack a lot more than the people who actually got hit by it.
It almost show that they still did not understand how the various gesticulation of the US after the 9/11 did nothing to prevent new attacks.
@weirwoodtreehugger:chief manatee:
They love her so much, they even get her name right.
Pen,
Haha! I didn’t even catch the mispelling.
If Amerisplaining isn’t a word, it should be. A lot of us love to tell people in other countries what is best for them and what their culture is all about.
@WWTH:
Yanksplaining, maybe? Seems to roll off the tongue a bit better.
It’s not just conspiracy theory, Ohlmann; it’s conspiracy theory, but on the blockchain.
“macronleaks claims drugsdeal in bitcoins.”
If David hadn’t posted the link, I’d be tempted to suspect him of inventing that tweet as advance publicity for the upcoming book I linked above. (There was a long period when I was worried he wasn’t going to use the Attack of the 50-Foot Blockchain title despite its obvious perfection; I guess I’m still smarting from when Philip Reed decided to call a book Action Figure Carrying Cases instead of the clearly more sublime The Case for Carrying Action Figures.)
@austin – 😀 well, I suppose blockchain is my beat now …
current working title is “the damn book”. I have spent this weekend doing rock journalism (a product nobody wants in 2017) and conspicuously not finishing off the book.
the trouble with writing is that it’s literally always easier to just lie on the floor and make seal noises.
@abars01
Apparently Pepe is dead
“How dare the populace express its honest opinion about which candidate they like! They should put our candidate in office even though 2/3 of the people in France don’t like her!”
Which kind of seal? Navy, harbor, royal, piston, notary, oil… I often feel sorry for people having to learn English due to things like this. Then I remember how much fun you can have with English for exactly the same reason.
@Zemyla
That legitimately cracks me up. “This is what’s wrong with democracy!”
Pour la france:
Anyone else just feeling a little sad about this?
We should have been seeing all these upset white people after Hillary became president.
France is living the dream that was denied to us.
Just imagine if we had woken up on post-election day to see all these sad white boys and pepes.
[Sheds a single tear]
I prefer this much happier frog!
I think the political situation, here in the US, must have really seriously tripped me up. I don’t think Ive ever been so happy over an election that wasn’t American.
Seriously, I’m getting very emotional about this, and I don’t even know any ppl from France.
@Ikeke
Two things:
I’ve been following European politics closely for a while, and anything that upsets racist white people is a net positive in my ledger, so I am excited and pleased as well!
My joy is tempered with sadness, though, because I realize that this could have been us…
Honestly though, it says a lot about the situation that the election of a mediocre centrist is cause for celebration.
