Men’s Rights Activists, and anti-feminists generally, are forever warning anyone who will listen that excessive feminism could, any day now, bring about the end of western civilization itself.
This is not a terribly new or original idea. And a post on Nazified pickup artist blog Chateau Heartiste today reminds us just how old and unoriginal this notion is.
The proprietor of that blog, James “Heartiste” Weidmann, brings his readers’ attention to a lengthy quotation from a 1911 book by a fellow named Octavius Beale.
[U]nreasonable demands for exaggerated “rights ” of women will always find a limit in the fact that the majority of men will constantly prefer for wives those who do not claim such rights, but who rather seek their happiness in cultivating and developing their specially feminine virtues and attributes, apart from any aim at equality with men.

These attributes will also therefore be preferably inherited, whilst the extreme tendencies of the women’s rights movement will usually not come into heredity, but will constantly tend to die out.
Well, he was half right. Feminism did die out, for a time, but then it came back.
Notwithstanding, should woman-rule —contrary to all expectations— become so strong in any single State that it will be able to enforce all its demands, even the most extreme, that result could only be possible where the men are completely degenerated.

I believe he is referring to what the Nazis of today like to call “white genocide.” Back in 1911, Beale called it “Racial Decay” — which was in fact the title of his book.

Heartiste follows up Beale’s dire, racist warning with a dire, racist warning of his own.

It’s mostly because one of the characters is gay (“Arrrggg! Disney is pushing the homo agenda on our kids! Barglebarglebargle…”), but I’ve also seen much more in-depth, longwinded rants about how Belle is a feminazi and the Beast is a black/Latino/Muslim guy and Gaston is an alt-righter and so on.

Haven’t heard a lot of good things about the new Beauty and the Beast movie. As far as I know, Emma Watson has a subpar voice, Belle’s ball dress sucks, there’s no chemistry between the leads, LeFou gets kicked around by Gaston who he’s in love with until he gets a one second scene at the end (oh, yeah, Disney hyped the shit out of the “first gay scene” and it isn’t even an actual scene), you feel more for the furniture than Beast or Belle–it isn’t the best movie they’ve made.
At least that’s what I hear but viewer beware anyway.

Y’know, this works both ways (if it actually worked this way, which it doesn’t). Unreasonable demands for the “right” of PUAs/Redpillers/etc. to get their dicks wet and sammiches made in exchange for a lifetime of emotional abuse will always find a limit in the fact that the majority of women prefer partners who aren’t insecure, entitled turdburglars, but who rather seek their happiness in cultivating their (and others’) humanity. That goes double for women who want to have kids. Literally no one has ever said “He’s such a shitlord – he’ll make a great father!” If shitlords manage to breed, it’s in spite of their shitlordery, not because of it. Heartiste doesn’t have any redeeming qualities that can compensate for being one of the most repellant and whiny of the manosphere specimens.
It’s interesting how PUAs, as they age, start to become obsessed with babies and legacies and racial purity. Roosh seems to be facing a similar existential panic as he ages out of the club scene with nothing to replace it. Tick tock, Heartiste. Tick tock.
(You’d think, if evopsych were true, incels and bitter PUAs would die out after a few generations, but there always seems to be a fresh supply.)

One thing that’s common to PUAs, Incels, MGTOWs etc is a belief that women genuinely are only attracted to assholes. So basically woman rides carousel with string of abusive ‘Chads’, then when she hits the wall she finds some poor sap to pay for the upbringing of the resulting kiddies.

Exactly. In a super patriarchal culture, it’s not just women who are expected to conform to rigid gender roles. Men are not encouraged to spend their time spinning plates and internet trolling. Men are expected to be good providers. They are expected to do so not just when the kids are little. No divorce. They have to provide for their wives when they’ve hit the wall. No legal recourse for raping and abusing women also carries the risk of vigilante justice. In a highly patriarchal society, women are not just the property of our husbands but all of our male family members as well. Hurt a woman with a protective father or brother and it might not go too well. You also need permission from a woman’s father to marry and the kind of women they like (pretty and from “good” affluent white families) have fathers who are not going to marry their daughters off to the type of men who would describe themselves as shit lords. Even if the women were attracted to them.
Patriarchy carries a hell of a lot of privilege and power for men, but it has responsibilities too. I can’t imagine Shartiste and his followers being able to fulfill those responsibilities.

re: male performance drug commercials – It always seems to me that they’re trying so very hard to strike a balance between young-and-hot and mature-and-knowing* in the women’s roles. Especially the Viagra ads where the woman is practically the only one in the commercial and her “partner” is barely seen and never even gets a speaking part. He just walks alongside her at the end looking appreciative that she remembered to pack the boner pills for their vacation.

Four needles are usually used when knitting in small rounds, eg. cuffs or socks. The needles are double-pointed. It takes some getting used to at first (and casting on and then joining the ends can be quite a challenge, because you have to take a little extra care not to get things twisted), but I quite enjoy using them. It’s been a while since I’ve knitted socks, but I really should get into it again; it’s quite soothing.
