So, happy Bitter MGTOW Day, I guess?

I will concur that his presence on the planet is in fact not doing anyone any favors.
What a joyless bunch of individuals.
*shakes head and walks away tutting*
So that’s all she did? She didn’t feed and clothe you? Keep you safe? Bathe you? Read to you? Drive your bitter ass around to sports or lessons or whatever?
Etc
Wow. I hope he doesn’t have any contact with the poor woman. What a bitter little man.
I wonder how many of these guys had abusive/neglectful mothers. How else does someone end up this bitter and angry towards women?
It occurs to me that the only thing that MGTOWs hate as much as women is themselves. Projection might be at work. What a sad, miserable life.
@Kreator:
I wholeheartedly concur!
@Lavender Lady
Maybe from the societal and media messages about how awful and manipulative women are?
I just shook my niece in the weird position of her preference for 2 hours and my arm is still numb and I still smell like her. The amount of love I feel for this tiny poop machine is unsizeable, and I can only imagine how GREAT the love of a mother can be (CAN BE, not necessarily IS).
That said, I am heartbroken to read these things. Save some exceptions in which this hate is justified, this is just really sad.
If my niece or my future child ever refers to me in this way… God, I don’t know if i’d ever recover. It would certainly break me much more than hearing it from anyone else.
I seriously wish that more women who choose to be childless would get on social media today and celebrate NOT being mothers (In a cute way that doesnt put down actual mothers of course.) Because you know that would piss them off to no end. And then if they said anything we could be like, what?? I thought motherhood wasnt a big deal???
I really hate how many people in my high school days, and still now think “one person from this broad demographic did bad to me, I paint them all with disdain”. I have a sinking feeling that these people would post in those boards right about now.
“Oh it’s the women in this generation that are awful Stacies”, then dear who raised them in ways that give you disdain? Ageist elitist pricks the lot of them.
Btw, has everyone SEEN MY NIECE?!?

Well, now you have. Look at her! Look at the facey!
I just took the last pic. :3
Okay, I promise it’s the last time I post her here, sorry. But LOOK AT THE NOSEY!
I love babies. And I love her so painfully much.

This guy wants to take credit for someone else giving birth to him?
There’s nothing in that that surprises me.
The saddest thing is that this illustrates how yutzes like this think: a woman is simply a vagina. Nothing else matters. It’s bizarre how much they zero in on that one thing. Don’t get me wrong, vaginas are awesome and everything, but there are other things attached to them, like, you know, the rest of the person with a vagina.
But I guess they don’t care about that. How sad. How can someone come to think about another person as a disembodied anatomical structure? [shakes head (attached to the rest of my body) sadly]
“if it weren’t for me, there would be no mother.”
Ummm… what? just… what? i’d ask him to explain the logic surrounding that statement, but there clearly is none.
I don’t know what that stuff means.
Well at least that happened in his lifetime, so in a way it’s more believable than if he was taking credit for everything good that men have done. ever.
Happy Vaginal Entryways Into This World Day, all of you VEITWs out there!
@Chiomara – She’s adorable! ♡
And she looks much less like a startled old man than do most new babies ;D
@Mikkay – There’s soooo much Mommy Wars bullshit that your Not-a-Mom Day might be better if it was like the day before or the day after.
It’s a good idea, but I’m exhausted just thinking about the defensive and offensive sniping that would bubble up.
Pictures from the Saturday before, though, saying stuff like:
“Enjoying my Not-a-Mother’s Day by doing whatever I want! Just like most Saturdays 😀 ”
“I spent my Not-a-Mother’s Day by reading an entire book in one sitting! My only major interruption was when I prepared some bread, wine, and cheese for myself! Wooooo!”
“I went hiking/shopping/anywhere in public and didn’t have to wonder what the hell my child was thinking even once! Woooo! Child-free!”
“I played through an entire AAA game today! What a GREAT Not-a-Mother’s Day!”
“My spouse and I slept in until NOON and then had a lunch consisting primarily of vodka and orange juice! Happy Not-a-Mother’s Day!”
“Happy Not-a-Mother’s Day! Here’s a picture of me and my baby!” *insert picture of a pet, a kayak, a mountain bike, or a bag filled with disposable income*
Or even:
“I spent my Not-a-Mother’s Day with my niece / nephew! We had a great time – played some games, went for a walk – and then I gave them back nice and worn out (or sugared up, depending on the kind of Aunt you are)!”
Would be damn funny.
‘No, she should be the one praised for not aborting you, wanker.’
The nerve of some people!
That picture though. Jeez @_@
What are the odds that this dude who thinks “giving birth to me wasn’t doing myself, or anyone else a favor” celebrates his birthday?
How sharper than a serpent’s tooth it is to have a thankless child.
– King Lear. Act 1, Scene 4.
Id be very surprised to see a real feminist talk this way about Fathers Day.
