Most of us, when we hear the word “genocide,” think of things like gas chambers, mass killings, ethnic cleansing.
But for the white supremacists of the world, “genocide” has a somewhat, well, broader meaning, encompassing anything and anything that might possibly, in any way, put even the slightest dent in the efficient production of white babies.
A white person marrying a not-so-white person? #WhiteGenocide! A white person living in the same neighborhood as a not-so-white person? #WhiteGenocide! A white person living in the same country as a not-so-white person? #WhiteGenocide!
As far as I can tell, practically the only thing that white supremacists don’t consider genocide is the actual Holocaust.

I didn’t read all the comments because right now I don’t want to know what some racist terms mean (which is not to say that it’s not good to know). So I hope I’m not repeating what anyone else has said.
Race mixing was just fine with US racists (or at least the male ones) back when black female slaves couldn’t say no to their masters. Race mixing actually was a way for slave masters to increase their wealth, because when they had sex with their slaves, they created children. And to a slave master, a black child — even his own child — was a slave.
Race mixing was also just fine with US racists (again, at least the male ones) later, when black people were so poor that some black women found a way to mitigate their poverty by being a white man’s lover. Read “The Color Purple” for a disturbing subplot about a white man’s black family “on the side.”

@Kat: I’ve at times wondered how deep your cognitive dissonance would have to be in order to rape your slaves, produce offspring, and still think of slaves as literally sub-human beasts of burden. I mean, I know this was pre-Darwin, but come on.
I also find it illuminating that these guys who scream about “white genocide” any time they see BM/WF relationships aren’t able to see their own behavior as “chimping out” (as they would put it).
I cringe a little when I see debates in the black community over “swirling”, but given the racist history of race mixing, it’s an entirely different sort of cringe.
Can you imagine how these “white genocide” types would have behaved if they had existed in a reality in which the racial history of the U.S. was reversed, and that subplot from “The Color Purple” represented a truth about that history — that white people were so poor that some white women found a way to mitigate their poverty by being a black man’s lover, and being a black man’s white family “on the side”? While at the same time, black people maintained a brutal system of black supremacy to hold on to the power they had when white people had been their property? They believe that each “race” of men collectively owns the corresponding “race” of women. So white woman + black man = “AARRRRRRGGGHHHH! They’re stealing our women!!!” but black woman + white man = “Mwahahahahaha, we’re stealing their women! We win!”
@karalora: that’s also the reason for the common racist theme of “them” raping “our” women. It’s not the fact that women suffer from rape (if “they” would actually rape “our” women as much as these shitheads believed) but that “they” soil the purity of the white race. Women are more or less property, like cattle, treated well and protected against theft, but not fully human.

I think it’s more like they think white men own white women, black men own black women, and white men own black people of any gender. Therefore white men own black women and a relationship between the two is okay.

I thought it was more that black men own black women and white men own white women; therefore when a black man dates a white woman or a white man dates a black woman it’s a way of showing dominance over the men of the other race. It’s a method of counting coup over the other race, really, because just like PUAs flaunting their conquests over one another, these people see women purely as a means of dominating other men.

have you heard of Ulfheim (“Wolves of Vinland”)? It’s an unincorporated town near Lynchburg whose members LARP as modern-day Vikings. Oh, and it promotes thinly disguised white supremacy (One of the “Wolves” was arrested for attempted to burn down a black church. Two other Odinist white supremacists from Virginia were more recently arrested in a plot to attack black churches and synagogues. So far it’s not confirmed that they were Wolves, although I wouldn’t be surprised if they were).
They are also manospherians (although some women do join that group, which raises the age-old question of why are some women are attracted to “bad boys”/misogynists).
Jack Donovan is perhaps the best-known Wolf. For such a new and small group they seem to have already acquired a sizeable influence among not only the “alt-right”, but even more mainstream conservatives as well.

But basically, your Asshole White Man is allowed to dominate anyone not a White Man, and White Men not living up to their ever changing standards. If they date a Black Woman, it’s below their standard, and they aren’t as good as White Men who date Proper White Women, but as long as she submits to him then the order of things remains intact. But if a White Woman and a Black Man date, she’s demeaning herself and he’s stepping way out of line. Black couples… depends on the asshole, 50/50 chance of “making more welfare babies” and “at least he’s not stealing our women”. Also, the order there of Black Man and Black Women might change based on who the fuck knows, but unless she’s doing something Asshole White Man finds unacceptable then he probably finds her slightly above the Thug — in other words, no one of “that race” is really acceptable, but “their women” are occasionally able to be tolerated. (And, of fucking course, are frequently seen as hyper sexual Jezebels who’ll fuck anyone, and that’s not exactly okay to them, but getting their dicks wet seems to trump racism for some of them)

Racist parents and grandparents are globally common. My grandparents, both sets, are not into us their grandchildren interracially, interculturally, interclassly and sometimes even interreligiously dating. I still love them and they have many great qualities. They are just products of their times.

Yeah, it was before Darwin — but slave masters knew where babies came from.
I read somewhere that white Southern women would talk among themselves about how certain slaves looked like certain masters (that is to say, the slaves’ fathers). But when it came to the people that their own families enslaved, they seemed to be blind. A white woman couldn’t see a resemblance between any of her own family’s slaves and her husband (again, the slaves’ father).
It’s hard for me to grasp how even a money-loving slave master could enslave his own children.
But then, as I mentioned in a post on another WHTM thread, I remind myself to — as Mr. Rogers reminded us — “think about the helpers.” The abolitionists helped to change the history of the United States forever. All power to them, and to the new abolitionists, working to abolish the prison industrial complex (the new Jim Crow) in favor of restorative justice.
