Off topic – who’s doing NaNoWriMo?
I’m going to use it as an excuse to work on a project that I’ve let fall by the wayside, a young adult historical novel set amidst Stalin’s courtiers in the years 1929-1937. I know that strictly speaking I should start afresh, but this project was abandoned early enough that I think I could count it.
Get well and have a nice rest.
Also take care, because there have been a report (at least here), that the flu wave has begun. Thus, beware.

I plan on doing some writing soon, but I hate the way people act during NaNoWriMo, so I’m not going to participate in it. (And by how people act, I mean putting themselves down over word count, rushing to get words on the page instead of taking the time they need to unblock, etc.)

Heh. Saw that yesterday, and thought how funny it was that this guy had essentially eaten his unborn twin (fraternal? If they don’t have the exact same DNA, he must have been) and the other guy got the last laugh in some sneaky, chimeric way.
