Saturday Fun Time Racist Cartoon Contest feat. Pitbull and @DeanEsmay

Hey ottist, draw this!
Hey ottist, draw this!

Cartoon contest!

This morning, on Twitter, “Married MGTOW” and famous angry Tweeter @DeanEsmay asked his followers to draw him some cartoons.

So far, no one has responded to his queries, so I thought I would give him a little signal boost:

https://twitter.com/deanesmay/status/632578677138583552

https://twitter.com/deanesmay/status/632587262950113282

All lives matter! Especially the lives of bigoted white dudes!

But, hey, if you’re uncomfortable with the weird racial undertones of Esmay’s requests, feel free to mix things up a bit. Instead of Archie Bunker being mocked by SJWs, you could draw Ralph Kramden being celebrated by anarcho-capitalists, or Ward Cleaver being ignored by Basque separatists.

Instead of a white homeless man being laughed at by black suburbanites, you could have a Korean homeless man being sung to by Germans who live in a treehouse.

You can include cats, too, if you want.

PS: I lied about Pitbull. Sorry.

EDIT: And the awesome Shaenon Garrity has come through with her take on Archie being oppressed by a SJW.

@Jamie:
I did some checking on the Interwebs about this racist cartoon. Nothing. That was suspicious.

Then I looked for the cartoonist, Mac. He’s British and his drawings are said to be mostly apolitical. None of them looked like the one in question. The queen adores him. (Yes, the British royals, particularly Prince Charles, were friends with Jimmy Savile, notorious serial rapist–but he did make some attempt to hide his actions.)

Then I took a close look at the text. Do you see how it’s in a white block, which extends up into the cartoon? Do you also see how the text is off center? I think we (and Pointless Letters) have been punked.

British WHTM readers will know who’s right about this.

I’m not seeing Shaenon’s video. I see only white space. Is it me or is it WHTM?

Thanks.

That Daily Mail cartoon and Deans fantasies all sound like surreal dreams.

At this rate they’ll make a cartoon of Dean in the nude giving a speech to a crowd made up entirely of his mother.

Reminded me of Heather Chandler’s line, “grow up, you think I’ll drink it just because you call me chicken?”

Re: The Mac cartoon

I’ve not read the Daily Mail since the original ‘Fred Bassett’ cartoonist died, but for anyone who wants to check what the original version of the cartoon upthread was, here’s the database:

well-dressed black suburbanites

I thought racists didn’t believe in the existence of Black people who don’t conform to the hideous racial stereotypes on Fox News?

Ssshh, Esmay! You’re undermining everything the KKK have worked for! Whose side are you even on?

I apologize for my credulity, I should know better.

Not only that, but Carroll O’Connor, who played Archie, was the anti-Archie in real life…liberal, antiracist, the whole nine yards. He was such a good actor that he kept having to remind people that he wasn’t really a stupid-ass bigot, he just played one on TV.

All in the Family was based on the British show Tell Death Us Do Part, which starred the excellent Warren Mitchell as Alf Garnett. I’ve never seen the US show, other than in clips, but I’m told that Archie was more likeable than Alf, who was a thoroughly unpleasant character (though the quality of the writing and acting meant that you could, at times, sympathise with him). Warren Mitchell was (still is, as far as I know), a committed socialist, and (culturally) Jewish – which may have lent weight to his performance. Off set, he sometimes lamented that many of the real life Alfs the character was based on saw the show as reinforcing their beliefs, rather than exposing them for how ridiculous they were. Satire, even done well, won’t reach everyone.

@Moggie

You probably know that Alf’s foil in the show, left wing “scouse git” Mike, was played by Tony Booth, who is of course ex Prime Minister Tony Blair’s father in law.

Who knows if that cartoon is fake, though there are other images of it with a normally-formatted caption. This one is real:

I’m sure that Esmay’s wife is as racist as he is. Given the likes of Anne Coulter, Sarah Palin and Dana Loesch, there aren’t a shortage of racist White women from which to choose.

Esmay and his ilk must be coming to terms with the fact that there are Black people and other people of color who just aren’t taking any b.s. anymore. Must be horrible for them that they don’t have whole races of people to kick around anymore. Tough.

@Mac cartoons

I don’t read the Daily Mail, being neither British nor a right-wing waste of oxygen, but every time I’ve heard of this Mac guy, it’s been because he’s drawn another grossly racist comic; everything from laughing at dead immigrants to comparing multiculturalism to bestiality. So I won’t be surprised if this one is real as well.

I knew it was based on that, but I’ve never seen it…that’s one Britcom that hasn’t really made it big on this side of the pond. I’m not surprised, either, to learn that British bigots don’t really “get” satire, especially when it’s lobbed at their heads. Wasn’t it John Stuart Mill that said that an awful lot of stupid people are conservative? Not hard to see why, either; ready-made ideologies that “confirm” that everyone else is worse than they are seem tailor-made for them.

BTW, one of my fave episodes is one where Archie Bunker receives a transfusion, and finds out the blood was from a black woman. At first he’s all ewww and squick and why-me. But later, he gets into an argument with an even bigger bigot, and says something like “Me and my black blood brothers are gonna bust your honky heinies.” Warmed my cockles, that one did…

I am fuming at something I saw on a t-shirt in a shop window – I am guessing some shithead would say it was ‘satire’:

No Blacks
No Irish
No dogs

When I went past ready to go in a have a right go the shop was shut and the t-shirt was nowhere to be seen. Now I have to know why it is no longer there, so I’ll still be going in at some point.

All these people who say they attend these conferences all say the same thing- great time, buzzing with new ideas, showed those sjw’s a thing or two. But none of them ever actually talk about any of those ideas. Or describe how their worldview changed. No one actually brings up anything that might actually describe what went on there. Roosh and his troll army are full of shit.

@Paradoxical Intention – thanks for the video! I’d been wondering where that came from.
