Lesbianism is a plot to deny men sex with hot women before they get old, Red Piller explains

By the time she switches to men .... it'll be too late! (Because she'll be old and ugly by then.)
By the time she switches to men …. it’ll be too late! (Because she’ll be old and ugly by then.)

Scientists may not have the whole “what causes homosexuality” thing figured out to everyone’s satisfaction yet, but one Red Pill Redditor thinks he has an answer.

Shockingly, it has to do with his boner, and the fact that not all women are interested in it.

LionLaw 49 points 17 hours ago* I feel like being a lesbian is a phase for women, something they all eventually grow out of (for the most part) once the threat of the wall becomes all too real. Maybe not a "phase" per se, but more like an excuse to waste away her youth and good looks before her beta in shining glasses comes to marry her while she fucks chad on da side. Edit: Jesus, I wouldn't touch those women with a stick

The rest of the Reddit thread contains numerous other Red Pillers offering their own theories about lesbians, so, er, go read that if you want to bathe more in the intellectual equivalent of a fetid hot tub filled with red bull, ignorance, and poop.

@Moggie:

Youth and good looks are always wasted to MRAs. According to them, youth and good looks are only well-spent if you have saved yourself for that one special MRA, and then all the rest will still accuse this person of wasting them because she didn’t fuck THATparticular MRA.

On another point, has this guy never heard of bisexual people? We’re seriously all lesbians until we’re all of a sudden straight, and it’s all a fucking plot to deny this guy’s boner?

Protip, dude: if you give up thinking the entire world is about you (and/or your boner) life gets a lot easier.

I understand that the megachurches have a great deal of turnover, that most people don’t stay more than 3 years and that there’s a lot of effort to keep the numbers up. I hope it’s that way with the redpillers and that their numbers dwindle over time.

Megachurch-going and MRA-ing, both phases by immature people looking for their niche? What a lovely, reassuring thought that is…and a lot more plausible than the scenario painted by the MRA(s) cited above.

Unfortunately, MRA and megachcurch ideology both hold a disproportionate amount of sway over their adherents’ minds, so outgrowing them is bound to be painful and unpleasant. Oh well, better them than me…because those ideologies tend to make one an asshole for the duration.

What bugs me most about referring to a woman’s youth/beauty as “wasted” is the underlying belief that these things are commodities that she’s in any way obligated to use for anyone else’s benefit. It’s just another assertion of women as public property instead of people with rights to live and associate as they please. So of course, “wasted” is defined as “not used to entertain me and satisfy my boner.”

Bitch, you don’t get to dictate others’ behavior just because they possess qualities you decided are valuable. Someone’s youth/beauty = theirs alone to spend, with or without your personal approval.

As a gay woman (hate the word lesbian), this is just insulting beyond words.

(David, you might want to change the red text on the banner – it’s kind of hard to read)

Don’t worry dou*** they don’t want to touch you either, actually no woman of any sexual orientation wants to touch you or even want to get anywhere near you. And I believe that’s the reason for all this illogical nonsense I keep hearing from the manosphere.

Let’s not use the “B” word please, use “a**hole” or whatever that’s not misognist.

Who is CHAD? Why is that some kind of weird shorthand for these people?

Is Chad bad? Do they want to be Chads? Why pick that name? I knew a Chad in junior high. Do they mean him?

It’s a real puzzler. I tried to figure it out once, and here’s as far as I got:

MRAs get all their knowledge of human relationships from late-night movies and old sitcom re-reruns, so we have to start there. The name “Chad” has “old money” associations, and also sounds a bit like “cad”. The usual plotline is that the poor-but-honest hero has a girlfriend, who is stolen away by the wealthy-and-arrogant Chad. After Chad has seduced and abandoned the woman, she returns tearfully to the hero. The hero says either, “I forgive you, since you’ve learned that you should never question my judgement again” or else “Go away; you’re damaged goods now.”

But the “Chad” narrative up above is a completely different one. It looks like the “bored housewife having an affair on the side” story. The other man in that scenario is usually something like a milkman/postman/vacuum-cleaner salesman, and his name wouldn’t be “Chad”, it would be a working-class name like “Joe” or “Frank”.

I think that what’s happened is that MRAs have gone fully post-modern. Instead of keeping track of the different sitcom plotlines, they’ve just combined them all into a formless narrative mass where any archetype they don’t like is identical to every other archetype they don’t like. I think they can still distinguish between male and female characters, but I wouldn’t even swear to that anymore.

I think that’s the only thing they can distinguish.

Apparently “Chad” is supposed to be a stereotypical douchebro musclehead name. No clue why, though.

@Fruitloopsie Okey dokey. Replace offending word with Assrancher.

“Chad” as a name is probably a regional thing. I can’t say where I picked it up really, but “Chad” does sound like a stereotypical frat boy name, maybe from the west coast.

It also reminds me strongly of movies of highschool and the related clique stereotypes. These guys seem to think that those stereotypes of jocks and nerds and cheerleaders are the be-all end-all descriptor of human interaction, so there’s probably an element of that as well.

In the spirit of the book cover:

Chad is borderline. Of the -ad names, Thad is often moderately old money, and Chad could be, but could equally be just like Tad or Brad, which would be – a white pool boy? maybe a gardener, but the main emphasis is on lack of exotic ethnicity to do for attraction. The real old money names end in -ip – Chip, Kip or Skip.

***

I like the “hetsplaining” tag, and I suppose it’s a net positive that this complaint is less coherent than the female complaint that male homosexuality is nothing more than deliberate discrimination against women.

The only Chad I know is a big gregarious long haired metal head type. So this stereotype us always amusing to me.

The mentions of Chad that appear not infrequently here always make me smile as I past St Chad’s Church every day. I don’t think we have Chad’s in the UK.

I tend to be more optimistic about people than many are. I’d like to think that many MRAs are going through a phase and they’re parroting the party line, such as it is. It’s really hard to sustain the level of anger many of them espouse. Lots of activists motivated by anger burnout because you just can’t live that way, I’m thinking that MRAs would be similar.

Would love to see some demographics on the MRAs. I suspect that many of the MRAs are teenagers [and younger] who think it’s funny. [would explain the juvenile thought processes] I also suspect that the number of redpillers/MRAs.PUAs would drop considerably if you took out all the alts. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if a few thousand of the worst Aholes on those sites reduce to a few hundred.

Wouldn’t make them any less obnoxious to deal with, would be a relief there aren’t as many as it seems.

The last Chad I actually knew personally was when I was in preschool, and we lived in a very poor, rundown area at the time, so I always associate that name with toddler boys and trailer parks. So maybe they mixed it up and they think that women are sleeping with maybe a super-buff working class guy with a toddler named Chad?

Or, that Chad would be around 35 now, so maybe he’s the super-buff working-class guy. Doubtful, considering that basically no one in the area has access to any fresh or healthy foods (also, it’s Nevada, so good luck with garden if you’re not willing to spend your entire life earnings to water it), but you never know.

MRA logic is just too hard for my ladybrains to handle.

(None of this intended to make fun of or judge the poor or people who live in trailer parks).

@BFPL, I share your suspicions. What’s encouraging is that there are already those who’ve undergone an MRA/anti-feminist phases in recent years, and look back on their hate with shame and regret.

I knew two Chads growing up. One was kind of a weaselly kid, not really ~bad~ or mean, but not someone you’d want to rely on; he’d be the first one slipping away from the group if there was some sort of problem. The other one was, at the time, my grade’s only African-American student; he was also the person who introduced me to this little box set of game rule books with a monochrome blue picture of a dragon on it, an action that would ultimately, 30 years later, lead to me meeting my now-wife.

So, on the average, Chads are okay in my book.

I find the 4chan version of chad baffling, since the women I know use “chad” as the generic name of a white frat boy who none of them would ever have sex with, not even with a stolen vagina.

Reblogged this on Adventures and Musings of an Arch Druidess and commented:
OMG! I used to give talks at my university about being gay and at the Q&A at the end, one guy accused me of being gay so I could avoid sleeping with him. I told him he was awfully vain to think I had planned my life around the chance that I would ever meet him and I thought the professor was going to fall on the floor he was laughing so hard
