I admit it: I enjoy schadenfreude so much that I can usually spell the word correctly on the first try. And there’s a lot of schadenfreude in the air these days.

Indeed, I’ve been reading through the YouTube comments of the Sarkeesian Effect breakup videos I posted earlier and chuckling quietly to myself, not just at the assorted skull jokes but at the unintentional comedy, including all the bizarre contortions some Sarkeesian Effect supporters are going through in order to pretend that this ridiculous breakup is somehow less ridiculous than it actually is.

As I can’t in good conscience ever recommend that anyone actually go read the comments on YouTube, I’ve collected together some of my favorite ones. Here are the Top 11 Most Unintentionally Hilarious YouTube Comments About the Sarkeesian Effect Breakup.

1) “This is good for bitcoin The Sarkeesian Effect.”

se2goodforbitcoin

2) “Women like Anita are quite literally immune from criticism because of their gender,” he says, in the comments to a video about a “documentary” criticizing her.

se3matriarchy

3) “But mom, I love this bald White Nationalist On Paper with the skull fetish!”

se5overbearingmom

4) Huh. Some of Aurini’s fans also seem to be White Nationalists, and not just on paper.

se4betacuck

5) “In conclusion, women are bitches.”

se7bitches

6) By the way, before you criticise me, I’m a man.

se8cuntwhore7)  “This could have an effect on the image of your documentary.” You think?

se9mighthaveeffect8) Yes, because “anti-Gamers” always side with racist, woman-hating PUAs over guys who criticize them.

sei1ghaters

9) “The enemies won’t be laughing when they have not one but two documentaries tearing up their shit.” We won’t?

sei2enemies10) Nothing to see here, move along!

sei3noteffect11) Prove that Anita was wrong about the sexualization of women in video games and media generally by putting a porn star on the cover of your DVD!

sei5pornstarBONUS COMMENTS: Here are a couple of comments that are actually funny on purpose. At least I hope the first one was meant as a joke.

On #2, “the inner city is a demonstration of matriarchy”

And all the neighborhood dogs started barking, mostly in annoyance at all this racist bullshit pitched to their ears because dogs are not racist okay. Seriously, they don’t give a moldy turd what color your skin is, if you give ’em a biscuit and throw a ball you are Good Human.

“If Manospherians at least have the sense to comprehend this basic fact, I have hope for them yet.”

If I understand them correctly, Manospherians believe that women and cats are two forms of the same species. I think they believe that cats turn into women the way caterpillars turn into butterflies.

@PPT

Bizarrely, my racist uncle (I swear, racist uncles are like assholes, everybody has one) taught his dog to be dog-racist. He spends so much time yelling at non-white people on the street, his dog started attacking every black dog he sees.

(Of course, it’s sure as hell not the dog’s fault, but it’s a weird-ass anecdote.)

In a King of the Hill episode, Hank’s dog tries to attack a furnace repairman who is black. He’s really afraid his dog is racist. There turned out to be another explanation of course.

They probably thought this was a documentary.

@PussyPowerTantrum

Our second dog actually was racists as heck. Or at least she always went absoutely mental whenever a black person showed up around the house. Which was really wierd because African migrants are about as common as hen’s teeth around here.

Hssss! They have found us out, sisterrrrrrssss! Now how do we con the menfolk out of scented fucking candles and their liquid fucking gold?

I am tempted to ask about the people who get torn a new one, but it’s probably best not to know.

o_O Racists are so toxic, they even corrupt dogs. *cries*

I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a publicity stunt to get people talking

There is no setback that MRAs won’t try to claim as a success, is there? They’d break their leg at the Olympics and then claim it was satire.

Then again, from Roosh’s “Polish jail” stunt to the Jace Connors debacle, they spend so much time playing each other that it’s only natural for them to suspect that everything has a hidden trick.

So, you know how MRAs are always whinging that men are oppressed because fewer of them go to college? They make it sound like universities aren’t accepting men (but never directly say it because it’s obviously false). Here is a MGTOW arguing that men shouldn’t go to college out of their own choice.

http://rexpatriarch.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/another-reason-men-should-avoid-college.html

Naturally, it’s bitching about Title IX. What else. Is that what the manosphere means when it says colleges are oppressive to men? That predators can’t sexually assault on campus and get away with it so easily?

So, MRAs. What’s the real problem with higher education that’s oppressing the poor menz? Is it really that oppressive or are you just throwing a tantrum over not getting your way again?

Though if I were Jordan, I would’ve kept Aurini on until the movie was done, then decide to part ways with him once it was finished and on the silver screen.

Did the star-crossed duo ever actually say anything about a theatrical release, or did this poor mister get so high on hopes all by himself?

If it’s the former, please link for further enloltenment.

Now that they have a perfect excuse not to produce an actual movie, what’s the current best guess at how much funding they took in?

“men shouldn’t go to college out of their own choice”

I’m waiting breathlessly for them to claim that each young college feminist, as an initiation rite, is required to rape a man and then falsely accuse her victim.

If there are any manospherians reading this, it’s S-A-T-I-R-E — capisce?

ParadoxicalIntention – I’ve got the bald(ish) head, the turtleneck, and an old suit jacket. While I don’t smoke*, I would be willing to do so for the sake of the video.

Charlie Brierley – you are honored that a comment of yours was chosen to be mocked? Colour me surprised.

I saw one the other day that gave me the giggle-fits. Wish I’d saved it. There was a bunch of the usual boring blather about how women waste their youth getting educations and jobs and are all doomed to wake up childless at 40 and realize we’re unwanted and alone forever.

Bog standard redpillian stuff.

but this one guy says “what they SHOULD do is spend their 20s developing feminine hobbies like knitting, cooking, and removing any stain from anything.”

Stain removal as hobby!

WHY WON’T WOMEN TAKE THE RED PILLLLLL

Someone’s mom is tired of dealing with his gym socks.

No…I’m pretty sure there’s going to be plenty to laugh at.

I seem to recall having read an interview with Lennon not too long before he was murdered in which he said he had to deal with a lot of bad karma for the way he had treated women earlier in his life.

Did the star-crossed duo ever actually say anything about a theatrical release, or did this poor mister get so high on hopes all by himself?

Their Patreon promises a theatrical premiere “at one of Atlanta’s fine cinemas” (Jordan lives in Atlanta). I have no idea if they’d really made arrangements with a theater or were just assuming they’d be able to rent a space when/if the time came, though given their demonstrated level of competency I’m inclined to assume the latter.

It’s not that hard for a legitimate nonprofit to arrange a special film screening at a local theater, but I don’t know how many theaters would jump at the chance to screen an amateur video of dorks complaining about feminism and Internet-stalking a woman for two hours. TWO videos, on the other hand…
