I’m doing pretty well at the moment. Fire 1 isn’t quite kicking my butt yet, and today was the day that was most likely to do it: we were blacked out and doing entanglement/”follow the hoseline that your hose-team ever so helpfully tied in a knot around ALL the surfaces” stuff.
I also saw my folks and the pups Tuesday as they passed through to visit my sister in the lower 48, so I’ve got some hugs to spare.
Sending them you two’s way, because that’s some high class painful stuff you’re both dealing with.

Is that what happens when you try to get puppies to form a heart shaped pile? I feel like the guys at the tip are slacking off a bit. A whole bunch managed to get the 3 part down, and then the < fell asleep early. Silly sleepy puppies!
