I, for one, think it’s important to be able to discuss the pros and cons of neo-Nazism openly and without judgment.
All groups, including political groups, have people of various affiliations within them. For example, some Democrats join the Republican party, and some anti-racism activists join the Klan, because what do words mean?

And yes, I would classify “told multiple lies to the FBI” as “having severe issues with credibility”. Or should we hang a man’s life in balance over the word of a proven liar? “Witness 42” isn’t the only witness with credibility problems either.

For those who don’t know, a grand jury is charged to determine if there is cause to bring an indictment. Setting aside the old joke about how a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich if the prosecutor want it indicted. When you have numerous witnesses claiming the opposite of one another it needs to go to trial. That is about as open and shut a GJ case as you are going to get. Conflicting testimony? Jury trial. That is to say nothing about the absolutely amazing number of policy violations the perp committed.
