I reckon he’s just moving the one skull around for maximum poseur points. After all, if you had two or more skulls – why wouldn’t you show all of them at once? Given the Grande Guignol stylings of Aurini I’m sure he refers to the skull as Yorick, or perhaps Aleister.

Yeah, it’s the same skull, (bottom right incisors are missing). I also think it’s fake, as the orbits don’t quite look right, and the superior frontal (front top) bit looks very uneven.
But I’m a first year radiography student. Make of that what you will.

The guy who made the video is funny, but those 2 guys totally give me the creeps, even in such short snatches.

I dunno why, but the mental image of Aurini painstakingly adjusting the position of that fake skull every time he shoots a vid of himself in his house cracks me up.
