I don’t have cable. I can’t watch the first new episode with Capaldi. All I’ve seen with him is his tiny little bit in the christmas special. “Kidneys, I’ve got new kidneys; I don’t like the colour!”
Netflix, why are you not up to date?
I’m drowning my sorrows with diet mountain dew and watching some classic old Who. The world seems brighter with a little bit of Tom Baker, and terrible special effects. I might move on to some Pertwee, in a bit.

Are you watching any episodes that include Dawkins’ wife?
Scratch that, I figured out how to PM on twitter…Don’t *say* much on twitter, go there to listen.

Doctor Who-Verse Grad Student is not having fun with a book. It bit him. Meanwhile, The Doctor is wondering where the heck that book went, and people in Cambridge are totally ignoring the dude in a bright white cape wandering about.
I have a random question . . . does anyone know what the drive to the Grand Canyon to Phoenix (specifically the Phoenix airport) is like? Is it mostly flat? Does it get windy in places? How’s the traffic?
Grumpycat: Flat and empty for the most part. There’s freakin’ nothing out there. (I didn’t actually go to the Grand Canyon; I went past it, since the first rule of road trips is Thou Shalt Not Do Anything You Actually Want To Do.)
And I’m probably going to be off most if not all of this week with loads of skin peeling off my axilla and nipple. That pinetarsol soap replacement has me smelling of pine – real pine tar. I’m continuing my deodorant avoidance.
I know there’s direct messages, but I think that turns up in Der feed.
Which probably amuses my guys military contacts no end, and I should do that more
We could both go on Omegle and cycle through conversations until we find each other. (I jest).
Do you have Steam? I could share my Steam handle and wouldn’t care if random people tried to add me.
Just sent guy an I love you, it did not turn up in his public feed.
Signing up for (shudder) twitter, then. See you in a bit.
Apologies, I go there for news myself.
Yo coffee, if you want, you can hit me up with an email at [email protected]. I’ll be happy to talk about that stuff. :>
Speaking of news, this is a rather stunning article someone tweeted about:

Ok, then I think I know who you are, will try messaging you.
Yeah, she’s in Shada, which I’m watching on disk right now.
I’m not sure how I feel about that. I liked Romana I a bit better, and I’m not sure how Romana II survives living with Dawkins.
It’s confusels.
Argh, does show in feed…
*sigh* Will ask David to pass contact info.
Sorry for paranoia.
@blahlistic You don’t have to apologize considering who’s on the interwebs.
If David helps out though, thanks David!

I’ll stop with the WhoUpdates.

Yeah, with the ‘hate’ about Dr Who, it was more Brits getting to watch something first for once 🙂
Good luck with the skin peeling, pallygirl. And who needs deoderant when you smell of fresh pine ?
Also, first comment going through last night seems to have been a freak. Today it got swallowed as normal 🙁
