We’re having Fidelbogen for lunch again. In my defense, the Twitter feed of this self-proclaimed philosopher of the non-feminist sector is hands down the most consistently entertaining thing in the manosphere today. In today’s post, Fidey opines on Women’s Suffrage (neither good nor bad), feminist “exit strategies,” and why it’s not necessary for MRAs to offer any evidence when they argue with feminists.

So what do we learn from his Twitter feed this month? Well, for one thing, that whole “oppression” thing women have been complaining about is all a big fairy tale.

So my only real guess is we’re looking at some kind of postmodern free verse artform.
It always struck me that Suzanne Venker (subject of a recent Manboobz post) wrote that lame-ass piece about men not wanting to marry because “women aren’t women” anymore. They are angry and defensive. Then soon after that, after the Sandy Hook massacre, some other lame anti-feminist woman (can’t be bothered to look up her name right now) wrote that piece in the National Review that said the massacre was allowed to happen because all the adults at the school were women* and the environment was too feminized and passive. So we are both too womanly and not womanly enough these days.
* Asterisk because apparently her assertion that their were no adult males present on school grounds was false anyway.

MRAs see the world as a zero-sum contest between men and women, with themselves as the designated champions for men and feminists as the counterpart for women. Therefore they think that anything women do, they do at the urging of and/or with the blessing of feminism. And anything that hurts men or boys–anything at all–must be part of the feminist agenda, because it’s zero-sum. A win for one side = a loss for the other, and the reverse is also true.
This is also how MGTOW logic works, by the way. If they as men want to drop out of the dating/marrying scene, then obviously women must not want them to, so they can use it as a threat!
