Over on the Men’s Rights subreddit, discussions of marriage are busting out all over, like the buds of new spring flowers or the skidmarks in an MRA’s underpants. The fellows are not too keen on this whole marriage thing, which is an obvious female trick to rob men of their money and sperm and tie them to rapidly depreciating assets (women) who are only going to get uglier as time goes by.
In one thread, a fellow named wrez shares these thoughts, to much acclaim (or at least a few dozen upvotes):
In another, a fellow named rathum2323 suggests that any women interested in marriage is clearly up to something nefarious.
All that said, I am pleased that Reddit MRAs are managing to convince their friends not to marry. Because if you’re someone who turns to MRAs for marriage advice, it’s probably best for all concerned that you never marry anyone or anything.

Funny, most of the men I’ve known work because we live in a capitalist society where you have to pay for food and shelter, and they didn’t want to be homeless. I mean, sure, some of them had careers and vocations for their work, but bottom line is most humans work to stay alive (for various values of work).
Most men who have gone to war have done it for God, or country, or leader, or duty, or loyalty to their fellow soldiers, not because the women in their lives wanted them to go. Rather the opposite in fact.

Why do they insist on thinking all women are feminists? I’m pretty sure most women pushing for the traditional marriage, house, and 2.5 kids aren’t.

Those are an awful lot of “we”s in wrez’s comment up there. What makes wrez think that he is included in this “we” that is content getting his limbs chopped off for women? Is he in the military? Is he an amputee? Does he even work crazy hours? If he was so content being a crazy-hours-working military amputee, then why is he complaining about it on the internet?
As for rathum, why, that is only a 28% chance that your marriage will end up with your wife leaving you and having primary custody of the kids.

There is, in fact, absolutely nothing wrong with “wanting something beautiful that puts out,” assuming that by “puts out” you mean “is capable of helping me achieve orgasm.” That is a 100% valid desire!

@titanblue That was my first thought. However, upon thinking a little more, I remembered that mras do not want a relationship-they just want sex. Seeing how they sacrifice multiple organs to/for women, clearly women owe them something- mainly vaginas on demand. I would mention how women don’t actually want men to lose their limbs (although losing penis= laugh riot) women don’t actually gain anything in this “deal” but that would be misandry.
They want women to be so helplessly dependent on them that they can define relationships however they want, force women to do whatever they want, and then make the women feel bad about it.
I wish MRAs would cut it out with the statistics. It is starting to give me math-rage.
