Here he is doing some wonderful PR work for his fellow PUAs, defending them (and himself) against accusations that they treat women like “disposable blow-up dolls.” Not so, says Firepower:

In terms of Dorner, are many of his grievances legit? Absolutely. But killing not only the corrupt cops, but potentially their family members, is not. Also, did you notice that he used the word “misandry”? And that with all the sketchy, racist cops in the LAPD, it’s a woman that he’s fixated on taking down? That seems odd, given that it’s very unlikely that she was the only cop he observed treating POC like shit during several years with the LAPD. So why is he fixated on her in particular?
Since many of his grievances really are legit I wish he’d chosen a different way to deal with things. I’m hoping that, since his manifesto is being widely circulated, the media will at least pick up the part about how easily he was able to obtain completely legal assault weapons and run with it, because on that issue he is 100% correct, and unlike the endemic racism in the LAPD the assault weapons issue could be fixed (at least for the weapons that are legally obtained) with just one piece of good legislation.
Like Nobinayamu and others, I found the manifesto hard to read because there are so many points where I feel a pull of sympathy, but his methods are so fucked up. Also, I couldn’t help thinking that hey, he was on the force, he KNOWS that they won’t hesitate to shoot civilians, so he had to have known that creating a manhunt for himself could result in innocent people dying.

PUA is, to me, somewhat of a joke. It is leveraging patriarchy to find someone submissive to the cues of male dominance. That is still leveraging, and still cues. It is a bluff. I don’t know how men can build a constructive discourse (in feminist eyes) about the scarcity of women’s attraction to them when the author “Of Never Feeling Hot: The Missing Narrative of Desire in the Lives of Straight Men” is the “untouchable” Hugo Schwyzer.

There is not a scarcity of women’s attraction to anything because women and their attractions are not quantifiable or goods or subject to economic analysis. There. Now, if you’ll listen, we will have had a constructive discourse. If you won’t listen, you can hardly place the blame for that on women.

There’s a pretty obvious category error going on here. Women may indeed not be attracted to Eurosabra and his PUA buddies. That doesn’t tell us that women’s attraction to men is scarce in general. In fact it doesn’t tell us anything about women’s attraction to men as a group.
TL;DR – Just because women don’t like you, that doesn’t mean they don’t like men in general. This is true whether we’re talking about the specific “you” or the collective PUA “you”.
BTW, this is not an invitation to Eurosabra to engage further. Nobody here wants to talk to you. I would, however, be quite happy to talk to Some Girl, or any of the other regulars and/or random commenters/lurkers.

Apologies if this has been answered before, but what percentage of the population is “alpha”? If most women are now sluts* and alpha/slut hookups are normally one-offs or shirt-term, then at least one of these things has to be true:
1. Alphas are the majority of men
2. Sluts take a lot of time off from slutting around
3. Betas must get laid a lot
This has to have been covered before, but I just read a bunch of statistics of wars/violence and so the percentage of alphas is now driving me nuts. (Also, I am rewatching Season 6 of Supernatural and their Alphas are way more badass.)
