FeMRA TyphonBlue: What if the men who seem to run the world … AREN’T REALLY MEN?

How women rule the world.
Women ruling the world?

When confronted with the simple fact that men hold the overwhelming majority of positions of power in the world – in government, business, culture, and pretty much everything else – MRAs like to pretend that the actual gender of those in power makes no difference because, well, the men in power are probably a bunch of manginas doing the dirty work of the women who really run the world. Or something like that.

Indeed, some MRAs have even managed to convince themselves that the very basic historical and sociological fact that men in power, by and large, tend to represent men’s interests more than women’s interests is some sort of locical fallacy – something that they’ve labeled  “The Frontman Fallacy.”

Now A Voice for Men contributor and YouTube videoblogger TyphonBlue has done these guys one better in terms of sheer antifeminist loopiness. In the comments on one of the Warren Farrell protest videos I recently wrote about, she argues that men in power don’t really push male interests because … they probably don’t even think of themselves as men.

Here she is, writing under her other nom-de-net Genderratic:

yttyphonbluebizarre3yttyphonbluebizarre2yttyphonbluebizarre

I don’t even know what to say to this. I mean, WHAT?!

PROTIP: You’re not going to convince anyone you’re a great ally of trans* people if you refer to them as “it.”

I understand it is the fashion with Trans activists these days to advocate for the first rule of misogyny just as the MRAs do. I see it over and over.
Women are responsible for what men do. That is what trolly mctrollerson is doing here. Holding Raymond responsible for what men in power did. Because authoritarian asshats always kick down the hierarchy, never up.

Thanks for misgendering me.

“A FeMRA posts an unimaginative, barely functional MRA meme as an anti-feminist gotcha. Yawn.”

I’m not an MRA, any more than you are a blithering, disingenuous, pissbag…

I did love the smooth transition from “this asterisk is problematic” to “CIS FEMINISTS ARE EVIL”. It’s almost as if “cis feminists are evil” was the reason for coming here in the first place.

“You were asked not to use that word out of respect to someone on this board.

Fuck off you self-centred idiot.”

1. I have no idea what you’re talking about because there’s a torrent of abuse.

2. I can practically guarantee it’s a disingenuous concern.

I asked you to stop using the word genocide for anything that is not genocide.
Here:

And 6 years after I was born I lived in a war-torn nightmare land.
In that war I lost family members to a actual (Hague defined and all) genocide.

So you know what?
I cordially ask that you learn that “genocide = genocide”. And “genocide =/= anything else that it’s not genocide”.
If you can’t or won’t learn that?
Then I, also cordially, ask you to go step on a Lego.

Please explain how it’s a “disingenuous concern” or better yet; go step on a Lego.

You should know. I’m convinced “Valerie Keefe” is Canadian for “disingenuous”. Stop painting your lengthy, broad anti-feminist campaign as a fight for Trans rights. Or don’t and blather on. I don’t actually care.

She’s definitely a FeMRA. Here she is imagining a horrible dystopic future in which nobody asks for Warren Farrell’s opinion and complains about King of Queens being sexist against men. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/valerie-keefe/degender-her-erase-her-de_b_1113654.html

Ah yes, another disingenous, “Trans women don’t understand feminism, and trans women have privilege over cis women which is the only way they could kick down, never up” post! I do so love the conditional nature under which privilege theory is exercised on this board. Most instructive! Many columns shall flow from this particular shitvein.

“Thanks for misgendering me.”

Cisfeminists have long since forfeited their moral authority to claim pronoun respect.

I’m getting increasingly drunk. Sorry that last post was almost as word salady as Valerie’s.

Fibinachi

Sorry, I should have been clearer with the above, I meant to say:

You know my pronouns use them. She. “Maybe she is drunk.”

You know our pronouns. Use them.

Are you actually drunk?

When well fed on theory
it often is dreary
to encounter objections
and strenous interjections
that words applied without a care
is in effect but empty air

So t’is better to repeat, repeat, repeat while you stare

If you flog your thesis long enough
surely it’ll be the stuff
that makes protests rebuff
rebound and bounce away
and your words will have the field that day!

No need for decency, or clemency, or mercy, or ideals
no assumptions of competency, just rage as a consequence
it worked for Hitler, right?
With his spell-checked book! Shouting loudly at people that disagree with you

That’s the way to change the world!

(what a load of crook)

To remind you, I am in favour of:

Single-payer Abortion on demand.
Single-payer Contraception on demand.
Single-payer transition medicine on demand.
Single-payer healthcare.
A tax on gender-imbalanced fields of employment to incentivize inclusion.
A basic income large enough to bring everyone above the US absolute poverty metric and partially linked to real growth.
An increase in the minimum wage to 25% of GDP/hour worked, or ~$15 USD/hour
Mandatory flextime legislation.
Severe fines for causing or contributing to the death of an employee.
Equality in medical access and demographic outcomes.
A law treating forced-to-penetrate as rape.
A law making it illegal for a rapist with custody of a child of rape to demand financlal support or medical assistance from their victim.
A dramatic expansion of abuse shelters and a pro-reportage campaign that knows no CASAB or sex.
A law that makes it illegal to cut an infant’s genitalia without their consent.

You go ahead and call that anti[cis]feminist, but if it is, [cis]feminism is irrelevant. Either way it’s another attempt to implicitly degender a trans woman via reference to her politics.

I am pleased to announce that my absinthe is still drinkable. But requires far more water than the recipes recommended.

Really love how you put a trans woman’s name in scare quotes. Feeling the anti-sexism. Right up there with a time another cisfem told me to burn my disgusting hand in a roaring flame, their words.

Sure, you’re a equality feminist, just like Christina Hoff Sommers. You’re definitely not an anti-feminist MRA, you just love regurgitating all of their talking points. Got it.

@cassandra, yeah, because it’s something that one wants to be reminded of.

Does she realise that the internet goes outside of US borders?
