Christian J. — the man behind the blog “What Men are Saying About Women plus a plethora of Issues facing Both Sexes and Society at Large” and the inventor of the MRA two-dot ellipsis – is back! And he’s none too happy about the results of the US election. Because FEMALES.
Here is his highly cogent analysis of Obama’s victory, from a post titled The Bitch “Gimme” Vote Reinstalls Feminist Wimp Back into Office.
The Bitch vote for Obama was always guaranteed as women are only ever interested in handout and what governments can do for them. This is unfortunately as sad fact of life. Women have always voted for Marxists/Socialist/Liberals as they have always promosed them more and more benefits at the expense of all men. Men just end up paying the bills as usual. Doesn’t that suck!
One has to wonder whether women actually give a damn about anything else besides themselves. Voting for someone who may at least do something about the unprecedented US debt and holding back this Marxist neurotic is apparently not one of them. …
[T]his liar in chief will mouth promises, lie about anything and still get re-elected by a bunch or hopeless and tunnel envisioned females who only consideration is how much money they will get out of it all. This is and has been their ulterior motive. Women and money as synonymous like peas in a pod. Their thinking is always restricted to today and screw the future because they will just get more money then. So it’s not problem.
Meanwhile, suckers like you and me get screwed with ever increasing taxes while our standard of living hits the floor. Charming.
If only the vote were restricted to clear-headed men like Christian!
Damn those “tunnel envisioned females” and their obsession with “handout!”
In a followup post, Christian warns men not to be suckered by women pretending that they all aren’t evil harpies:
Just in case you are still one of those drones who believe that women are just harmless individuals who constantly suffer from something or another. They are helping themselves in the process while you take your time to wake up to the bleeding obvious.
Men! Wake up and smell the women!
That reminds me, I need to check if The Queen of Versailles is available on Netflix yet.
*runs off to see*
Whoo hoo, this week we will celebrate Schadenfreude Wednesday for the second week in a row.
@Cthulhu
As far as I know (speaking about your link on Murray), the coal industry used Obama as a scapegoat. If anything, Obama has been kowtowing to the industry, but now that we found a *shitload* of natural gas, coal is expansive in comparison. Their industry is doomed to die off, and the CEO wanted Romney to give them handouts forever, like the little entitled welfare lord that he is.
Murray is also the same guy who “required” his employees to star in a Romney ad for free. Freedom and the value of hard work! (Or else…!)
Don’t forget the massive douchenozzle owner of Papa John’s pizza, who intends to cut employee hours so they fall under the 30 hours needed to qualify to get health care. Why? Because if he had to provide health insurance for all his employees as required under Obamacare, THE PRICE OF HIS SHITTY PIZZAS WOULD GO UP $0.11. Eleven cents. This asshole with his million dollar house (22 car garage anyone?) is hurting his employees instead of raising the cost of his product by less than a quarter.
http://www.examiner.com/article/applebee-s-papa-john-s-darden-restaurants-threathen-employees-over-obamacare
Oh and the owners of Applebees, Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse are threatening to fire people too rather than let them have health insurance.
Because everyone I know is SO HAPPY that food service employees have no health insurance or sick leave, because we love it when our server or delivery guy is coughing all over our food!
Well, at least now the assholes are being open about the fact that it’s not really about economics, they just don’t want the proletariat to have healthcare, or to be comfortable in general. I like it when people like that are honest, it makes it so much easier to turn the general public against them.
Also:
This is literally the opposite of reality. Women vote for social services because we are more concerned (either via nature or social conditioning or both) for OTHER PEOPLE. Women support unions, women support Social Security, women support universal health care and mandatory parental leave and better food safety and a thousand other Democratic/liberal positions because EVERYONE benefits from these things. Unlike a lot of Republicans, who convince themselves they’re voting to protect their rights and property and whatever (and to keep things away from Those Other People), women overall tend to vote for the greater good, with the exception of the die-hard conservatives. I know plenty of women who would never consider having an abortion outside of dire medical circumstances who nevertheless support abortion rights for other women. I know plenty of people who have never been on food stamps or unemployment who strongly support expanding those programs because we all think people have a basic right to food and shelter. Most of the liberals that I know are the ones who understand that unless you have Mitt Romney’s kind of money, most folks are one disaster away (literal or personal) from needing help. So we vote for help to be there for EVERYONE. Even the Tea Party assholes, who are just as vulnerable as we are.
Rar. I’m so sick of being labeled as selfish by people who are projecting enough to run an outdoor theater in 3fuckingD. *HULKSMASH*
PS – in fairness most of the non-extreme conservatives and Republicans I know also are concerned about the greater good, I should say. It’s only this extremist branch that’s in power right now that thinks all government is by definition evil. 20 years ago the Republican party would’ve been as “Bwuh?” about that position as I am now.
@ drst
“everyone I know is SO HAPPY that food service employees have no health insurance or sick leave, because we love it when our server or delivery guy is coughing all over our food!”
Yeah, but… +11 cents clean shitty pizza, or coughed on regular price shitty pizza? The latter is clearly the sensitive choice.
It’s like what international aid orgs say – if you want resources to be distributed fairly, you hand them directly to women, because if you do that then generally what happens is that women then distribute them in a way that makes sure that kids, old people, and other vulnerable groups are taken care of. I don’t like generalizations by gender, but if you’re going to do that you have to admit that the evidence points to women as a group being far more concerned with what’s good for everyone than men as a group tend to be.
Maybe 40 years ago, or 50, possibly as far back as Eisenhower and Truman.
20 years ago, it was a few years after Reagan said
and after Grover Norquist said he wanted to get government so small he could “drown it in the bathtub.”
They were elected by the Republican party. If the extremists are a small minority, then the rest of the Rs must be voting out of tribalism or the conviction that the Dems would be unquestionably worse than said extremists.
Either that, or most of the country is apathetic, seeing as how the two parties give each other a run for their money most of the time.
I guess I’ll just keep on not ordering Papa John’s (which is gross anyway), or going to Darden owned restaurants.
This is the resident parasitologist here to remind you why sick days are awesome as non-graphically as possible.
“Women and money as synonymous like peas in a pod.”
The words “women” and “money” mean the same thing? That’s .. interesting. I am money, hear me roar! It takes women to make women, they say.
[cloudiah wanders off to see if she has any peas in the freezer.]
CassandraSays, and I think that effect is totally due to socialization. Women are expected to be the care takers, and quite often end up on the “not have ” side of issues. Both of which encourage sympathy for others in need.
Half of the MRA issues stem from “the feminization of the world!OMG!!!” Where boys are being given the psychological tools, environment and encouragement to be more empathetic. The rest stems from women persistantly insisting to be treated like real live human beings.
The Spearhead’s take on the Petraeus story is as bad as you might expect: http://www.the-spearhead.com/2012/11/10/petraeus-homewrecker-career-killer-strong-independent-woman/
(Including the guy who hoped Petraeus might be the one to round up and assassinate progressives a la Pinochet. Charming.)
As far as I know (speaking about your link on Murray), the coal industry used Obama as a scapegoat.
That seems to be the going opinion. I’m just hoping the grandstanding get his ass in court. As far as I know, ‘I have to fire you because no one wants coal’ is not sue-able, but ‘I have to fire you because OBAMA!’ should be worth a nice out of court settlement.
@ pillowinhell
And in terms of how they gender things, what they refer to as masculine traits are actually selfish traits. There are men who don’t have those traits, and women who do. There are also men who have the traits that they deem feminine which OMG panic this is terrible the sky is falling!
I’ve spent my entire life hanging out with men who have lots of the traits they consider feminine and very few of the traits they consider masculine and I have to say, feminists are far better allies to those men than the “Men’s* Rights Movement” is.
*Or, you know, the “rights for some men, the ones like me – for all the other men, scorn and hatred”.
Yeah, some days I’d like to see an MRA in a fight against my brother. He wouldn’t be deemed a manly man, but my bro was in the reserves and knows how to fight.
lol @ that Spearhead article. Yeah, extramarital affairs NEVER happen when women can’t get education, because they’re all at home knitting and eating bon bons by the fire.* I also note how the standard MRA line is that feminists treat women as innocent children who cannot be held responsible for their actions, but in a situation where the man did something way worse than the woman—giving potential spies an enormous lever into sensitive information via blackmail—they give the woman all the blame and all the agency. The MRM: the radical notion that women are adults and men aren’t, apparently.
*cue misogynist whining about how women are parasites and god damnit why don’t they get out there and work?!
And the comments are, uh, delightful. First Zorro:
Is there an echo in here? here? here?
Literally, it’s not his fault. All he did was voluntarily put his penis into empty space and suddenly a woman appears around it!
Wisdom from Uncle Elmer:
Holy fuck. Victim blaming of the first order.
Just don’t call it
misogyny, that’s like the N-word! /snarkWhy, oh why, do xenophobes spend so much time massacring English?
I imagine it’s because if they wrote clearly and so that people would understand, it would be more obvious to everyone, including themselves, that they’re nothing more than hatemongers.
When was the last time taxes were increased at the federal level?
@khantron
Under Carter, I think?
@cassandrasays
“*Or, you know, the “rights for some men, the ones like me – for all the other men, scorn and hatred”.”
This is soooooo true.
The meaning of Beta-males and alpha males fluctuate according to the man who says it. And I am under no obligation to have sex with men I don’t like. And you know what men I don’t like? Whiny man children who blame women for everything wrong in their lives instead of taking responsibility.
(FYI I have no idea how to do quotes)
@Melody
You want (blockquote) [quote] (/blockquote), with arrows instead of the round brackets. It seems to behave better if you put line breaks in before and after the tags.
