A startling new development on the frontiers of anti-male oppression. According to the loquacious lady MRA known as girlwriteswhat on Reddit, men are being oppressed by evil feminist dudes cruelly clamping down on their right to bitch about ladies in the bathroom. In a recent comment she writes:
No space is allowed to be male-only, or male-viewpoint-only, but women insist on female-only or female-viewpoint-only spaces all the time.
The only male safe space left on the planet is the men’s bathroom, ffs. And even then, there will be feminist-leaning men policing what is said. It’s very frustrating.
As a dude feminist who is a regular user of men’s restrooms, I should note that dudes do not actually talk in restrooms.
Happily, this does not prevent me, as a dude feminist, from policing the non-existent speech of other dudes in said restrooms.

I saw a post (I forget where…some no-namer’s blog, I think) claiming that the GMP was basically a false flag operation aimed at discrediting men’s rights activists, and that the site was run by a feminist was proof of this.
I can only conclude that, in the MRA version of history, the Tardis is handed out selectively to leftist groups, this is the only way to explain:
1) That Marx caused people to become Marxists before he was born.
2) That Lenin ruled a country and made laws a decade after he was dead.
3) That anti-leftist fervor in the US during WWI was a reactionary measure to Stalinism
and, now:
4) That the black panthers were the masterminds behind civil rights leaders who did the bulk of their work before the party existed, and died not even two years after its inception on the other side of the country.
Okay, that last one isn’t 100% Tardis needing, but, come on, considering all of the other evidence, it is the most likely scenario.

If anything it is the feminists who are the freedom fighters. They fight against centuries of harmful values, stereotypes, and prejudices thoroughly ingrained in all of our minds. MRAs just reinforce them. Furthermore, they have the advantage of both history and the ignorance and cruelty of the mainstream population.

I’m no friend of MRAs, but I think you’re laying it on a bit thick here. Making unfounded suppositions about what MRAs might do in a hypothetical situation is neither fair nor helpful. And calling them “filth” is really beyond the pale. Please dial it back a notch.

MRAs regularly downvote anything moderate like, “maybe all women should not be raped and killed”. I’m pretty sure filth is fairly accurate for most MRAs, at least the ones posting on the main sites that we see.
