Lastly, the whole thing seems like the quintessential example of “shaming the beta”. I bet if some famous actor that Rebecca loved was asking the same question as the guy was (and in the same way), she would probably make a video like “OMG, my favorite actor asked me to his room *hehehe sexy time* for “coffee” while I was on my way to bed”.

My bet is that it wasn’t the elevator, the question or even the speech she made. It was the fact that Rebecca didn’t find the guy attractive and got creeped out by it. But if we replaced the guy with Johnny Depp, I bet she would be making videos about all the happy feelings she felt when Johnny propositioned her in an elevator.

You haven’t watched the video in its entirety. It’s possible, conceivable even, that you may have seen a clip of the material in question or read a transcript of it. Doubtful, given your absolutely ludicrous description of Watson’s 45 seconds to, maybe, one minute of addressing the guy in the elevator as “…over the top, hysterical…”. But possible.
