Yes. In fact, a bunch of mates of mine edited the page about weapons so that everywhere it said “weapon” it was changed to “meat sword”. It was changed back ten minutes later. If you had been on wiki for that entire ten minutes and believed meat swords were used through out history, well that’s your problem.

If a million people tried to alter the moon’s article to make it say that the moon is made of sharp blue cheese, it would be locked. Of course there are real problems with wikipedia, but none of those problems relate to your denigration of “wiki-smarts,” Owly. Someone referring you to an article on a certain kind of sampling bias, as I have done, is not part of the Feminist Mind Control Conspiracy. There’s more blue cheese involved, for one.
