alpha males creepy evil women I'm totally being sarcastic idiocy incel manginas men who should not ever be with women ever misogyny MRA oppressed men oppressed white men pussy cartel rape rapey sexual harassment threats

MRA: Who cares if #MenCallYouThings? It’s not like women have any real problems.

Fried rice. Frequently confused with "fried ice."

Oh, ladies, must you complain so much? I mean, who cares if every time you say something on the internet some random dude threatens to rape you? White and Nerdy, the dude behind the Omega Virgin Revolt blog, doesn’t care, and he wants you to know it:

#mencallmethings is just another example of how women (in first world countries) don’t have any actual problems.  Between the government and manginas doing everything for women, no woman has any true problems.  Any “problem” a woman has is because of one of these reasons:

1. A desire for the equivalent of fried ice.  IOW she wants something that is physically impossible.

2. Failed attempts at defrauding, stealing from, or otherwise attempting to enslave men.

That’s it.  When a woman has to go through 1% of what a typical non-alpha man has to go through then maybe she can talk about having actual problems.  Until that happens women should keep their mouths shut.

Exactly. We need to stop talking about men raping women to focus on the much more important issue of women not having sex with White and Nerdy.

But I am wondering about one thing. Is it possible that the women in question were asking for fried rice instead of fried ice? Because fried rice is totally a thing, and if you call up the proper restaurant someone will literally bring it to your door.

Now I’m hungry.

@Arks
Cry moar emo kid!

@AlekNovy

Gamers and PUAs are basically a mix of a cult and a commercial snake-oil-industry that seeks men to sell it’s magic-bullet-evo-psych-crap to.

Agreed.

Gamers are basically parasites.

Hey! I buy my D&D books fair and square! Though I will take a diet coke if it’s offered at Hospitality…

@Joanna

So… how did you identify them as gamers…?

Usually by their Crown Royal Bag filled with multi-sided dice.

@FactFinfer

Dracula, please don’t shush her. She a devout of the feminist dogma just like anyone else here and her contributions address important issues.

Thanks for letting your mighty penis explain to us exactly what feminism is.

@Rutee

Basically zie goes away whenever faced with any challenge, because apparently zie has all the time in the world to try and troll feminists, claim the mantle of reason, and gloat

Well, since FactFinder isn’t using it, can I claim the mantle?
THE MANTLE OF REASON IS MINE!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Hmmm… Still a feminist.
Is that reasonable?

@Ozy

Man, I never got any monetary goodies from my sex.

But you level up at least, right?

NSWATM only rarely has posts about men in skirts.

It’s a kilt!!!

@Dracula

No worries, just hit ‘em with some of this:

What good will that d…ALL HAIL HYPNOTOAD!!!

Ok, then can anyone offer their solutions on dice sets that lose their d20? I only have so much room in my pirate dice pouch.

Dracula: I actually just finished crocheting dice bags for MrB and myself. They’re quite fetching, and the pattern is easy easy.

@ Wisteria – Can we please not imply that anyone is somehow failing in some moral or ethical duty by not trying to reach out to NWO and/or treat him more gently? Suggesting that a board dominated by women try to be more kind to a man who’s open about hating and wishing harm upon women does not sit well with me at all, and suggesting that maybe we’re just not handling him right replicates all sort of harmful societal ideas about women as natural caretakers, the importance of deferring to men’s feelings over those of women, etc.

There’s also the fact that such attempts would probably be a waste of time, but I’m less concerned with that than with the idea that it’s somehow incumbent upon commenters here to try to help NWO get over whatever is driving him to act the way he does. That’s not our responsibility. If anyone wants to try then they’re welcome to have at it, but no one is in any way obligated to.

They have single dice on Amazon as well. Seems like it’s hard to find brick-and-mortar shops that offer them these days. The place I got all my d10s (for W.O.D.) shut down ages ago.

As for NWO, I think he’s in pain, too. I don’t know what has made him as bitter as he is and I don’t believe it’s feminism or feminists, but there’s no doubt he’s not living a contented life. I think most of the criticism of him is valid, but I wonder if there’s a better way of dealing with him than how we are.

Sorry, I now sound like a concern troll, but sometimes it feels like a bullfight where NWO is the bull, albeit willingly.

I completely get where you’re coming from, but we’re still left with the same basic conundrum: how do you help someone who clearly doesn’t want to be helped? Indeed, someone who loathes a particular group so much that he can’t even fathom the notion that they might actually want to help him?

My initial reaction to quite a few MRA blogs is to feel deeply sorry for the person behind them – in fact, the one under discussion, Omega Virgin Revolt, is an excellent example. Here we have a 33-year-old virgin, who’s clearly unhappy about this state of affairs (he doesn’t quite mention it every other sentence, but near enough), so my natural instinctive response is sympathy.

And then I delve a bit deeper and discover that he’s not just a really hardcore misogynist but an exceptionally paranoid one. How, for instance, do you rationally process a post entitled “What would you do if a woman showed interest in you?” that makes it clear that the immediate response would be the assumption that she has an ulterior motive that involves completely screwing him over? The fact that he uses the word ‘cunt’ six times in a comparatively short post speaks volumes in itself.

I honestly don’t know how people like this can be helped. Maybe it’s cathartic to spew all this paranoia and hatred out into their blogs, but I can’t believe it’s good for long-term mental health.

Most of the other troublesome sorts, to me, seem like those Jersey Shore people, who appear to think they’re just so darned cute and lovable that they can’t imagine anyone ever finding them boring or silly or unattractive or wanting them to shut up and go away.

Who can you possibly mean?

It’s actually Chessex that I like – they’re the ones with the Pound o’Dice. And they’ve got lots and lots of pretties, too. Good for people like me, who are very picky about colors and patterns in their dice.

All mine are from game stores (or from friends). Most game stores will sell you individual dice, won’t they? A lot of them have a 25-cent bin.

katz: now, if only there were a game store within an hour of our town that wasn’t run by assholes or designed to cater to Warhammer 40K player exclusively… There was a Wizards of the Coast store in Grand Rapids, but they closed.

It’s probably come up somewhere in the previous comments, but am I the only one who read this:

@Wetherby

I read that post you linked to and I can’t agree that it’s an example of paranoia and misogyny. Consider the example OVR used. There are a lot of women who are committing (paternity) fraud like that. Inexperienced men are a target for those types of women because no other women are interested in them. I think it’s a good thing that OVR is aware of this reality.

It’s clear to me that OVR is if nothing else an honest person so what some women did to him along with the lack of women willing to stand up for him is as he documented. If you are serious about wanting to help him, then you have to admit that he is telling the truth about what happened to him. I don’t see you doing that so until you do your stated desire to help OVR is a lie.

Sounds a lot like the place I mentioned. When you walked in door everyone would just stare at you. It was like trying to buy groceries in Innsmouth.

David, is your next rant going to be about the recent victory over the feminist dogma? Men and women everywhere want feminism out of their lives. and it appears that this time you ideologues have gone too far. Here’s to more good news in the future, and good luck with your corrective mocking!

Brian, he takes one example and assumes that any woman who would show interest in him is going to systematically cheat on and deceive him. That is paranoia. Plus it is dubious anyone would think he would be a good dad since he thinks “the government and manginas [do] everything for women,” among other absurdities. No woman this manipulative would be that stupid.

FactFinder

Is another example of paranoia pretending that the patriarchy is what’s keeping you from success and not yourself? Because for 95% of you, the biggest obstacle to your own happiness is your cruel and snarky attitudes and your inability to admit wrongdoing. Just putting that out there, I know the psychological shields will pop up at the mere suggestion of insight.
I’m doing a lot better now than when I tried to conform to feminism. I work harder because I don’t feel it’s exclusively benefiting some fat cat on top, I think more, and I take responsibility for my own actions and attitude. Probably the best part is that I am honest with myself and will do what feels, and not just what I think Andrea Dworkin or Betty Friedan would probably do.
