You might assume that those Occupy Wall Street protests (and their various offshoots) you’ve seen so much little of on the news lately are all about, you know, Wall Street, and the economy, and the fact that the very people who got our economy into the mess it’s in are somehow all still richer (a lot richer) than you or me. But apparently that’s not it at all. Nope! Apparently it’s all about hating on the menz.
How so? Let us turn to the good fellows at The Spearhead for guidance. In a recent post titled Occupy Wall Street Is Just Another Vehicle For Misandry, the blogger known only as Pro Male/Anti-Feminist Tech (PMAFT for short) argues that the movement is overrun by dastardly “single mothers and other women demonstrating high levels of entitlement.” His proof: one lady he found posting her story on the We Are the 99 Percent blog who noted that she had “no job, 3 kids and cannot see a med … let the dudes pay my bills.”
You might assume that by “the dudes” the lady in question is referring to extremely rich dudes – you know, the 1 percent that the “we are the 99 percent” movement is focusing its attention on. But apparently PMAFT knows better than we do, declaring that
she is demanding men subsidize her, not rich men or billionaires (which would be questionable enough) but men in general.
Oh, but she’s not the only entitled princess on display on the 99 Percent blog. Here are two other women — chosen from hundreds of examples from the blog — that to PMAFT seem to epitomize the evils of female entitlement and man-hatred:
Imagine, women actually having the chutzpah to want medical insurance for young children! Blatant misandry at its worst!
The commenters whooped it up in typical Spearhead fashion. “Single mums want to fuck with John and expect Harry to support her and her kids,” complained Nico. “New-age gov-mediated cuckoldry.”
To the redoubtable Uncle Elmer, these women’s pleas were
symptomatic of the feminized educational system and media. Without a manly Patriarchy to call BS on a lot of these entitlement notions, we have several generations of women now sailing into the hard rock of reality. … nobody cares.
Finndistan, meanwhile, wrote a screed nearly as long as the OP, laying out his case against shoe-wearing single mothers. A condensed version:
So, single mom? Should’ve kept your legs closed… should’ve chosen a better man….
I am not in America, but my single friends who get laid by one of your friends once every blue moon are already paying for you and your friends shoes and bastards by the insane amount of taxes imposed on them with threat of imprisonment.
If these guys are the 1%; that makes you, the 99%, parasites….
You, found a dipsh%t welfare boy, made a baby, and we, the 1% as defined by you, who actually want to work and create something useful, not bastards, are getting screwed by the real 1% who steal from us to give to you, so you can buy shoes and create bastards.
As a man … more than one third of my earning … go[es] to feed your shoes and your bastards …
Single mom with shoes and bastards, bought and being payed for by my money.
Occupy Wallstreet just shows that the western man is the pinata of the western world. And then he dies.
This comment got 63 upvotes from the locals, but no shoes or bastards.
AfOR, not quite as longwinded, noted that he found the women’s pictures “hilarious,” adding:
Suck it down bitches.
If you blow me PROPERLY I’ll buy you a 99 cent burger.
This got 58 upvotes from the totally non-hateful readers of The Totally Non-Hateful Spearhead.
EDITED TO ADD:
Speaking of hateful, here’s a comment I somehow missed, from evilwhitemaleempire. Readers of the comments here will recognize him as a dickish dude who posts dickish comments here from time to time. But in this comment he really lets his misogynist flag fly. (TRIGGER WARNING FOR VIOLENT MISOGYNY) Referring to one of the women cited as “entitled” by PMAFT, who had noted that she has “no money to hire a lawyer so I can divorce my abusive husband,” evilshitemaleempire offered this advice:
Heh. If she’s telling the absolute truth about her life on that paper (questionable) then she needs to go back to that abusive husband and start doing some serious dick sucking.
And if he wants anal sex she’d better give it to ‘em.
At last count this comment had 16 upvotes and one downvote. Stay classy, Spearhead.
Pharmatoxin companies, and their affiliated laboratories, clinics, hospitals, foundations make far more money (with considerably less risk) working through sundry government medical and ;educational” facilities. When fathers are hijacked for support payments, kids are, at the very least, subject to behavior modification drugs in publik skoolz, vaccinations (often badly made, unsafely stored, and carelessly administered), other pills to counteract the effects of cheap, if not unsafe foods, marketed both in family-friendly ‘fast food service centers (no I’m not calling them diners or restaurants), school breakfasts and lunches, etc. they also make a lot of money in so-called ‘preventive care”, like physical exams, which inevitably find the problems they are then called upon to solve, stemming from low-grade vitamin deficiencies, damage from processed food like high fructose corn syrup, MSG, and processed and bleached flour, salt, and table sugar. Safe, inexpensive and reliable contraception for both men and women would do a lot to restore the sovereignty of the family, and that would crash the gravy train, not only for pharmatoxin firms, but for much of the AMA type medical profession, much existing dental practice, much treatment (saving billions of $$$ yearly) of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, food, textile and other allergic sensitivities, and so on. Patients would still suffer from them, but they could be treated reliably and in many cases CURED, without engaging in mere symptom abatement, covering up the problem(s) outwardly while the victim’s condition became worse, e.g. many types of asthma, diabetes, or glaucoma, or migraine headaches, for starters.
A cheap, safe, and 99%+relioable contraceptive for both men and women would be killing the geese that laid golden eggs for the pharmatoxin industry and its medical, insurance, and dental affilitates.
Y’know, DKM,if you’re afraid of women sabotaging your birth control, there’s some very easy ways of protecting yourself from an unplanned fatherhood or STI:
– Don’t have sex with someone you don’t know well. If you don’t know someone well enough to exchange info about any STI’s you both might have, and back it up with a blood test if need be, you shouldn’t be fucking them if you’re afraid of the risks involved. Pick uip a strange lady, she might just sabotage your condom because she wants her a baby. I doubt a woman will ever do that to you, but there is always that non-zero risk that one might.
– The reverse of this is that you accept the risks you are taking when you have sex with someone you just met somewhere, and stop being such a whiny baby about how something you like very much to do could turn around and bite you in the ass for 18 years (you’re more upset than guys who are skydive enthusiasts!). Or you could make a point of only having hook-up sex with women who are clearly post-menopausal (Not that I think any MRA would intentionally do so)
– Bring your own condoms. This also means you can bring condoms that you know will fit you right, and that you find the most pleasant in action.
– Double up on birth control methods. Use spermicide as well as a condom. Another plus with having sex with people you know well is that you can be reasonably sure if they are on the pill or not, or if they have an IUD, or are using some other form of BC, because they will have happily shared this info.
Can we stop with the bizarre rambling about the CFR? I actually majored in international studies and am about to start a graduate degree in global policy. I’m very familiar with CFR’s work and BlackBloc is exactly right. It’s a think tank. No more, no less. Yes, there are wealthy people on the board. I’m aware of their connections in the academic and business worlds. But that doesn’t mean that CFR itself has a significant amount of power. If you work for CFR, you’re not some kind of nefarious agent for the New World Order. You research and analyze policy problems and craft potential solutions for those problems. That’s it. It’s not as exciting as the version provided by your tin foil hat, NWO, but reality rarely is.
Is there a world wide tin foil shortage at the moment?
So
1) Children raised by single mothers who receive child support from the fathers are a lot more likely to be given pharmaceuticals than children raised by a married couple or by a single father. Plus, somehow, dentists and health insurance companies make more money off of such children.
2) The majority of such children are born as a result of the women lying about being on the Pill or sabotaging other forms of birth control, and wouldn’t have been born if the fathers had had access to a male version of the Pill.
3) Pharmaceutical companies know both #1 and #2, and thus won’t produce the male version of the Pill.
Is that about right? If so, I’m very curious as to the details of #1, especially how dentists and health insurance companies profit from the situation. Are the children more likely to get cavities? Do the single mothers buy insurance packages that are unnecessarily expensive?
@Jill: must be. The CFR is a popular target for conspiracy theorists because NWO is half right. It’s attracted a lot of powerful people. But what the conspiracy theorists forget the basic rule that correlation doesn’t necessarily equal causation. Why the hell is it such a surprise that a think tank specializing in international affairs is going to attract professionals in the field?
Ditto for DKM’s rambling about pharmaceuticals. He’s half right. I agree that too many doctors are in the collective pockets of the drug industry. But it’s possible to make that point without being a raging misogynist.
You know you’re losing your grip on reality when you hate women so much you begin to hate children, too.
Even Confucius thought the state should support poor children, and he thought men and women should walk on different sides of the street.
@Matthew Cline: [citation needed]
I was trying to summarize DKM to see if I understood him right; I don’t actually believe any of what I summarized.
I can’t believe I actually agree with this blog but that is totally idiotic. Wall Street is screwing over the middle class and sucking out the wealth of our nation like a parasite. Why would someoen who suppports the MRA’s want to defend the same power structure that is screwing them over. This is just one nutcase. Most of the MRA’s such as the blog Inmalafide support Occupy Wall Street and oppose financial parasitism.
sorry guys, not to derail the topic but you may be interested in this. I knew MRAs would be all over this story like flies on shit, and practically condone this murderer’s actions by painting him a victim.

I like how he omitted the fact that this man killed 8 people because he was displeased with the JOINT CUSTODY agreement. Not that it would make it any less heinous and wrong, but this father had the right to see his son.

Male birth control. in clinical trials & doing really well last I heard. http://www.wired.com/magazine/2011/04/ff_vasectomy/l
Bet the MRM dudes will still find some way to blame women, though.
The way taxes are done for married couples down there really is stupid. Well, not from the government’s point of view, I guess. Up here, we file separately & our taxes are separate. I can’t be held responsible for my husband’s taxes if he doesn’t bother to pay them. They rightfully go after the person who actually owes the money, not their spouse who may not even have a clue they owe.
On the sabotaging birth control front, it’s not just condoms. One of my friends got pregnant because her boyfriend kept hiding/flushing her pills. She definitely did not want a baby & he very adamantly did.

Occupy wall street instead of graciously take any job you can get!
Frankfurt was not a member of the ABA and had an extremely difficult time finding work, he was denied admission on the grounds of…wait for it…the ABA did not allow Jews to be members at the time. Trust NWO to take a Jewish man’s statements regarding the anti-semitism and racism embedded within government groups and try to say it is evidence of a Jew conspiracy.
Don’t anyone miss DKM’s creative reinterpretation of the Holocaust (pardon me, “holocaust,”) on the previous page.
I know these dudes have to play the “I got exactly the same information as everyone else but came to radically different conclusions because I am so much smarter than the sheeple” game to achieve an erection, but I wish they wouldn’t be so cavalier about pulling actual human lives into it.
No, but it’s my policy not to reply to that sort of thing at all. If I were Futrelle, I’d ban him.
Hello, DC. Welcome.
These are good questions, and they’re also hard questions. Then you sidestep the answer and, so you don’t have to think about the answer, write this:
There are multiple posts here, with multiple upvotes. It’s not one dude. The phone call, as it were, is coming from inside the house. If you guys are not a hate movement, I think you should do some serious thinking about how the men quoted here hate women so much, they’d gladly suffer at the hands of Wall Street and their Republican puppets as long as women were hurt more. These men are really, really wrong, and it is my contention that the MRA movement led them to this.
But…he mentioned the people who counted, for him. The Germans.

This is for you and any other troll who happens to wander by: What’s an example of a major you would accept as “worthy” enough not to scoff at here? Because I guaran-fucking-tee you they’re going to be hurting too.)
I guess between him and EWME, nothing shocks me anymore, when it comes from an MRA.
I’m just so numbed out that I can’t think of anything they could say that would truly outrage me. Rape? Abuse? Genocide? I don’t feel like “this is the line, this is just the final line;” I feel like “oh, it’s Friday.” He’s a Nazi sympathizer too? Well, I guess that makes me… just so completely unsurprised.
Once you’ve established the politics of your movement as fully encompassing the philosophy of “anti-human,” there’s not really a down to go from there.
VoiP: I’m pretty sure that any field a woman is in qualifies as “menstruating vagina studies” to the MRA crowd. Witness how chem and bio have gone from Serious Hard Science to pussy science for girls.
DC’s not new, but he is delusional. Your movement is generally right wingers. Don’t pretend most of the MRM suddenly had a change of heart today.
EWME still making his trollins. I guess I should be fair, he might really believe the shit he spews, and it’s hardly unprecedented to be that stupid.

As you’ve been so keen on hunting down the most egregious and/or entertaining examples of illiteracy on Men’s Rights and Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) sites I thought you might want to do look into this little gem I’ve discovered.
